The smoking in the area, done all over the place, is all across the hotel, if not used to it, its really bad, and you can't escape it. Breakfast is ok, has bread, butter, some meat, eggs, but the machine coffee is "evil", the juice is artificial and not good, the place is noisy as most kids run, play and the cultural difference is, nobody calms them down. The facilities have aged, and the 4* are not EU stars, just as a heads up. Window open if you sleep to the parking lot is impossible, you have a 4h silence time, the rest is noisy and kills sleep, if you like fresh air.

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, there is parking at the hotel, good taxi pickup, restaurants are nearby, city centre is a bit far off. Has nice pools for the summer, a gym, breakfast is plenty, if you can handle it. The rooms are ok, have space, AC, windows, nice walk in shower. The price was ok, so a decent stay for the money.

Overheated room at night, didn't sleep well because of it and I basically came to sleep. No towel rack in the bathroom and no shampoo rack in the shower.

Nothing really to dislike, it is a little way out of the city but east enough to get there on the tram and the stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel

The spa should be renewed, just the sauna was working, the pool needs rebuild, it was full of child that war having lessons for sweaming.

Some Staff members were rude and they don’t have polite attitude to behave with guests and if done your booking online they tend to give bad rooms but If you go directly then they give nice rooms because they want to sell you the room

First of all, if you been lured to choose this hotel, because of an amazingly looking pool in a photos, bare in mind that this is a hotel near the water park, you should pay the regular admission. As we understood, staying here on weekends could be a nightmare, if you are not a fan of Balkan dances till midnight, or fighting for a parking lot, because it seems, that this place is very popular for weddings celebration.

Since this hotel is loved by the loacals, you can feel true Bosnia, in a good way

The staff. The waiters had attitudes and would try to not show you the amount you had to pay and then wanted to take your card to pay the bills even though the system is touchless. There is no need for them to try to grab our credit card when we’re going to pay. It is our right to make sure what they are quailing is what we’re paying for before we’re charged. Getting a refund would be a major hassle. The waiters claim they never make mistakes. I guess they are not humans. Their laundry service is horrible. They do not know how to iron. Tried to bill me for ironing when the garments were more wrinkled when they came back. Also they said they scan your passports and then you can pick it up the next morning and that you pay when you check out. The truth is they will hold your passport until you pay. That is not the same thing they tell you. I am used to paying at checkin. But they said their system can’t do it so we have to do it at check out but we needed our passport for an event and it was a hassle getting them back. Also the passports are not well protected. They just go into a drawer.

The furniture seemed very cheap, metallic one-peace tables that clank when you put something on them, the sofa was very soft, no ashtray on the balcony, and several items from the mini-bar list were not available. And the bathroom sink was pretty weird, not a real sink but more of something made out of granite to be cheaper I suppose.

Mostly the staff. The front desk was terrible. Super unflexible and rude towards all guests. I asked fro an earlier check-in and was denied without even checking if the room is available. Than 20 minutes prior to their regular check-in time (2pm) I came back and asked if the room is maybe available and again the same. I insisted at that point and all of a sudden it was possible. Once they realized i had booked a suit there was some fake politeness but totally insufficient and not fitting for someone working in hospitality.

It's a decent hotel that could benefit of a better staff. Especially at the front desk. The room was OK in size. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned but we found some ladies from housekeeping on the floor and thy did a really good job to fix it. Those ladies were the most polite and friendly staff in the whole hotel. Breakfast was good, but again the staff could be more friendly. We stayed in the Hotel Hills for 2 nights (right across from Hotel Hollywood) and moved to hotel Hollywood for an event. The drop in quality of service was huge.
