Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe receptionist had an awful attitude, was really upset because I didn’t agree to leave our passports until the end of our stay, was not friendly at all, awful service and very bad first impression for a hotel. The only reason I booked the hotel was because it has a swimming pool but we were not able to use it as they have children lessons on most lanes and we he had to use swimming hats (this is not specified on the website) my children were very disappointed. They charge for the bowling (this is not specified in the website either) they show you pictures of fun activities so you book and then charge you for it when you are there. The smell of cigarette at the bar area and most of downstairs is awful and very uncomfortable for a non smoking family like us. Breakfast was not nice at all and very limited. We didn’t eat much and were left hungry had to go and find food somewhere else. I will not be returning

SloveniaThe property was a good value for many. Our room was clean and spacious enough for family with two children. Reach breakfast and tasty dinner. There is a tram station close to the hotel ( 4 min walk) which takes you directly to the city centre to Baščarčija. The staff is polite and willing to help. There is a big secured parking space in front of the hotel. Perfect!

This hotel is good value for money and it offers live music. It has a pool and a huge parking space outside and in the garage. It is a bit narrow in the garage. The hotel is easily reachable from the main street. The rooms are nice and clean and spatious.

The room was great, large and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of choice and very tasty. The hotel location is across the indoor swimming pools (Thermal Riviera) but the hotel also has an pool inside the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel

CroatiaIts overpriced. Bathroom was horrible, mould everywhere, ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall apart at any moment, toilet was all wobbly. All in all way overpriced.

SwedenI was resident in the 6th floor and a wedding in the ground floor but the voice let me feel that the wedding is in my room in 2/3 nights and i ve been used with the wedding in my room which dance with the whole building literall of that soundsystem. Some personal has childish behavior , have been told the the view is nice but it was joking , and promised to get better view but it was procrastination. No trash basket in the room but only in the bath room. We were 3 pr but we got the towels for 2. The toilets in the restaurant are with bad hygiene.
The room is big enough, the walking and the area is nice . Personal are friendly and helpfull to a certain degree.
