One of the best hostel I've been in my life. Šejla is an amazing owner and the volunteers are extremely friendly. Super clean hostel. Very nice kitchen and common room to socialize, relax or work. Very close to the downtown and Baščaršija. Lovely terrace with a stunning view. I'll come back for sure!

This was a friendly and comfortable hostel. It was impeccably clean and well run. I had a private double that was the standard of a 3* star hotel. It was excellent value for money. The centre of the hostel is a nice kitchen / dining / common room area. Like many hostels, there is a trade-off for the good value. The trade-off here is the location - it is a 10 to 15 minute walk uphill from the center of Sarajevo. It is extremely steep is places and most guests seemed to plan their days so they only needed to do it once. However, even the location had its advantages - since the neighborhood is slightly away from the tourist center, the area had an authentic feel and had shops etc run by locals for locals, which meant things like food was easily available at reasonable prices.

All about perfect. Just going uphill can be a little tiring.

The location is not good for small kids or elder people, because you should hike the hills when you want to reach the hostel. If you dont want to walk so much it is not good location.

The friendliest and the most helpful staff ever, everything was clean and tidy, about 10 mins walk from the center and they have parking but it is on availability. I would like to visit again for a longer stay.

The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They also had great general and individual recommendations. Everything was impeccably clean and the hostel is only a short walk from the center. Bakeries and supermarkets are located just outside. I sure hope to return to Sarajevo and to stay here again!

Hostel Kucha was my home away from home. An adorable little hostel tucked away at the top of the hill filled with other vibrant and friendly solo travellers. Great facilities all very new and modern. Śejla was the best host you could ask for and really made me love my time at Kucha even more. This is the place to stay for a while, not just a one night stop over. Highly recommend as a long term solo traveller

Location is really good, walking distance to old town and attractions, 2 supermarkets just at the doorstep. Comfortable beds, big shared kitchen with everything you need. Staff is really friendly and helpful, all guests get to meet in the common area, real hostel atmosphere

Clean facilities, comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff. It's easy to socialize and meet other travelers in the common area. Lots of supermarkets/bakeries around the hostel. I highly recommend it.

you have to take off your shoes so in the washroom or shower room,you feel little bit uncomfortable. it's not inside of the town so you have to walk up and down everyday.If you don't wanna walk to go to the center,chose another hostel.It is exhausting.

Amazing people.I saw them cleaning really well everyday. terrace is nice as well.
