The only issue was the only light in the bathroom was attached to a loud fan. So, trying to take a relaxing bath had to be done in the dark.

Not a big problem but on our first day at breakfast, we looked for cooked eggs & found only boiled. On second day, due to other visitors, realized we could ask for eggs cooked the way we liked. Also, they will make coffee according to your liking. Perhaps this could be indicated somewhere. :-)

Very large, comfortable room with access to a large shared balcony with awesome views to Apparition and Holy Cross Hills. A family run business -- very friendly & accommodating personnel. The location of the hotel was fantastic for both visiting the Church, hillsides & restaurants as it's centrally located. Yet as it's just off a main road down a short side lane, there's also plenty of peace & quiet. Nice square in front of the hotel for sitting or parking. We liked that they had 2 breakfast rooms - one for pilgrim groups & another for solo travellers.

Despite having ‘do not disturb’ sign, you get wake up knock for room cleaning.

The location is not far from the center and not busy. Very nice view of the mountains.

The bath tub was too high for person with disability. Shower enclosure is not enough so there's water leak on the floor. There's no kettle in the room for hot water.

On our first buffett breakfast at 7:30 AM, we were seated with the Korean group of tourist. Since they were finishing up their breakfast and others are on their way out to their bus, there were not enough food on the table. Coffee was cold. I complained to the manager that morning. She then realized we were not with the Korean group. The following days, we were seated in a private room for non-group guests.

The noise from the airconditioner and fridge.

The parking place is direct in front of the hotel. When you enter the place, you feel it is clean and fresh. Friendly and helpful staff. Self-service breakfast offers fresh food, fruits and bread. Excellent coffee.

Was lovely for the Pilgrimmage

Very central to church and walks to the hill. Wonderful views of Cross mountain and Podbrdo. Staff so lovely and gave us an upgrade as it was possible on this occasion which was most kind of them as we’d been with them previously. But even if this had not had happened it is a great place to stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, everything is very close. Breakfast absolutely excellent. The staff was very accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the mountain. We will definitely come back here.

In common with a number of stays during our holiday, directions to the property were not too clear.

No complaints- everything was perfect.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious, so much to chose from and very tasty- you will not be disappointed. The hotel is a very short distance from St. James’ Parish Church, less than 10 minute walk. Everyone on the entire staff at the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming- they made us feel like family.
