How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing little hotel in Pale. The location is great, and everyone in the staff is really friendly. Plenty of space to park and we've even got upgraded to a bigger room - free of charge. Great breakfast options, too. Whether you're visiting Jahorina or Sarajevo, you cannot go wrong with Hotel Jet Set. We'll definitely come back!

Nothing to dislike.
My stay at the hotel in Pale was simply perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and roads for further destinations. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Pale!

Very kind staff, to begin with the owner who called me a few days before our arrival to check the details and to ask if we need anything else. Staff was helpful during whole stay and gave us informations about anything we needed. Nice and spacious room, very comfy and clean. They do daily cleaning service and change towels every day. Free parking is available and you can see your car from the window. The breakfast is absolutely awesome. There are 8 options that include combination of eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, salad... and the few we tried are delicious and very strong, so you can go skiing all day and have enough power. You also get tea or coffee, milk, yoghurt, orange juice... and butter, jam and choco cream besides the main dish. My favourite was fried cheese, the best I have ever ate. We also had dinner in hotel restaurant almost every night and it was really cheap and the food was amazing. Every dish we ordered was delicious, fresh and the portions are huge, so be careful. There is the small market right next to hotel which is open until 00h and has everything. Jahorina is 17 minutes (12km) from here and Sarajevo is 20 minutes (15km) distanced so the location is great. We can say only the best and thank you for making our stay great!

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room. It was very big and beautifully arranged, the bed was very comfy and the whole room was spotless! For the money we paid, this was excellent. Really cheap (less than 50 e) and overall a very pleasant stay. The location is ok, 10 minutes by car to Sarajevo. :)

Internet connection is really bad, and the reception isn't good either. We had a lot of trouble with using cellphones, and resorted to offline use.
The staff was very polite and helpful, food is fantastic, best in the region for sure, and the prices are fair. Room was cleaned daily, and all toiletries were filled up all the time. Location is perfect, it's easy to travel around, to Sarajevo and Jahorina ski center. It was quiet and peaceful we got good night sleep every night. Parking is free and there was always available place.

When i got to the places i got stop at the lobby by some guy telling me “ this is not a hotel” i show the gentleman my reservation and he pointed me to the owners that where hanging out in front of the building and they confirmed what the gentleman in the lobby told me with no explanation just turn his back at me.
