We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI stayed for three nightd. 2 days the room card didn't work and I needed to go to the reception to solve the problem. I asked what was the problem, but the answer was there is no problem! For one day the room was not cleaned! You have breakfast selection meals and no buffet (the staff has in a friendly manner explained that for may, that I didn't have the time to read that on booking). Smoking is allowed in the dinning/breakfast room, very pitty for such a modern one and modern hotel! (Generally, smoking is allowed in restaurants in Bosnia & Herzogovina). If the issue with the room card and not cleaning the room for one day didn't happen, I would have given Kalima resort 10.
The check in was easy with a warm welcome from the lady at the reception. I was offered to pay with a credit card or in cash (Bosnian Mark or Euro) and I was even offered to pay at check out! Respect. The room was very clean and very well furnished. It is a real NON-Smoker room! I would like to highlight the modern and different possibilities to control the lights and also the modern TV withYouTube. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. The staff at the breakfast was very polite and nice. Parking is available in front of the hotel! The owner of the hotel is a respectfullt and helpfullt person!

Resort is located in a quiet mountain area which is within a 15-minute car ride from Mostar. The place is perfect for those who want to enjoy peace and nature and get away from the noise and heat of the city while still being close to it. The hotel is clean with comfortable and neat rooms. It gives excellent value for money. Staff members are nice and welcoming. For people travelling with kids, there is a playground in front of the hotel which includes children zipline - children would love it! The property includes a small mosque with a rectangular minaret, which is a rarity in Bosnia and Herzegovina as the mosques here are usually round.

IsraelThe location of the hotel is in the middle of the forest. It can be a bit dangerous ride at night. But if you seek an escape from the city, this Resort is a great option.
The hotel is very beautiful and well equipped. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was good although not diverse enough.

Remote and extremely peaceful resort location about 25 km up in the mountains. Full facilities with modern-comforts. Has a restaurant too (not tries). Very good breakfast. Great for hiking and horse riding. The resort should add activities.
