Hotel is not well maintained, the pool is half working, one day wasn't warm at all. Too bad because pool is why people come to this hotel.

The breakfast is not ok at all. It is not tasty. I dont know how a hotel that cares about health can give such breakfast.

The surrounding is beautiful, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice swimming facilities and looks its good with the medical spa, however we did not try as it was fully booked. Not handy for people coming only for a day or two. Further pretty relaxed place and good a le carte restaurant.

only one elevator was working for the first three days, but they finally fixed the second one. this created long waiting time to get onto the elevator and to reach the room. room had smoke odor and guests do not respect the smoking ban smoke alarm went on and the hotel did not have anybody to turn it off for 3 or more hours on the day we arrived more diverse and custom made spa offers were nit available except for daily or weekly packages the breakfast was cafeteria type and could be more varied, with healthier choices of food, such as fruits and vegetables and less meat WiFi was bad or often non existent

As mentioned, the lighting could be better in the room. Also, the beds could be a bit more comfortable, and an additional pillow in the room would be greatly appreciated.

The hotel is good, with plenty of additional services, pool, spa and massages. Easy to find, with free parking and spacious room, although a bit dark, the lighting could be better. The breakfast was good.

apartment is very small, no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom. WiFi very slow and not any welcoming gifts. They charge you for everything. Only one towels for the pool or sauna and if you loose tokens you will be charged for extra towels

Parking , If I / we had all inclusive and reservation made four months in advance we should have reserved parking . Events, different tournaments literary had hundreds of vehicles and total disregard for building, food, cars , tirelessly working staff , hygiene etc Lots of room for improvement 🙏

The outdoor pool gets overcrowded in the afternoon. The indoor pool air is stiflingly hot and humid, smelling of chlorine. They admit too many day visitors to the pool, who are not hotel guests.

The breakfast is ample, will keep you going for the best part of the day. Early morning facilities like pools and whirlpools (8-10 am) are mostly empty.

We booked 2 rooms. My parents room's A/C was not working properly. Had to complain 3 times before they would adjust the A/C. Which they control. You can adjust all you want in the room but they control the temp. If I'm paying this much for a room I should make the room cooler if I want. Very cheap with the toilet paper. The last night we were there house keeping left us with a half roll between 2 bathrooms. Pushed the housekeeping button but no one answered. Very disappointed in this hotel. Also if you have allergies as I do, DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. For being a wellness center, that's pretty surprising. But then again when you enter the hotel there is a smoking room, so when someone enters and leaves all that flows into the lobby. Didn't realize that the rooms did not have a standup shower. It's a large jacuzzi tub which looked old and grimy. You have to get in and sit on this ledge to shower. No curtains so you have to be careful with the spray wand so you don't spray all over that bathroom. You have to get in and out carefully so you don't slip and break something. The breakfast was not the greatest. I've been to many hotels in the region and this was the far worst. Frozen fish sticks really? Not worth going to the Kardial.

Only the location, it was close to getting to family events.

Not able to communicate to staff in English. Breakfast buffet is less than simple not much choices for dinner as well and no restaurant nearby! You must book for any activity days before!! And you would be lucky if provided. I had to cut my stay one day short to go back home.

The hotel has many activities but not single one available, only if you like to ride bicycle all day!

Where to begin? 1. bathrobes had stains and when we asked the receptionist in the wellness center told us this is because of iron in the water. 2. the carpet both in the room and on the hallway was stainy. 3. wifi was not stable and the same cor the whole hotel. 4. cuttlery and plates in the restaurant were dirty and so were the coffee cups. 5. we could use only water at the dinner, while two types of juices were available at the breakfast. 6. we needed to pay for the additional pools with thermal water, whose outside pool was dirty with a lot of mosquitoes and flies flying around. The inside was big enough to fit 5 ladies. 7. there was no kettle for coffeee or tea in the room. We surely are not returning back to this place.
