We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe only minus is smoking inside. We served breakfast downstairs, in a bar somewhere where many customers from outside the hotel were present. There was a lot of smoking inside and it was disturbing. In Romania, smoking is prohibited indoors and it is the best decision made.
A clean room, with clean linen and very comfortable beds. Parking is ok and the staff is very kind.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaSome may find the lack of a refrigerator in their room as a negative but you have to remember this is a motel, not a hotel. And it's extremely affordable so I don't really see it as a negative.
I booked half an hour before arriving and the boy at the reception waited for me, gave me the key and that was it. Before closing time I asked him for as much ice as he could bring me and he did it right away. Location was quiet, air-conditioning in my room was excellent, good wi-fi, clean shower and everything so it was a good night's sleep. Both the boy and the man in the morning were very friendly, included breakfast was very nice and overall my staying was comfortable and enjoyable. If I happen to need a cheap yet quality overnight stay in Mostar again sometimes, I'll definitely come back to Han. Thanks!
