We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel has very good location as all main attractions of Banja Luka are within walking distance. Breakfast is ok and fulfills all basic needs. Taxi can take you in front of the hotel and be aware as airport is quite far it takes approx. 30min. and 25 EUR to reach there. Generally good experience!

Location super central within easy reach of the fortress Kastel and the river Vrbas, parks. Many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity as is the post office, banks, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable and bathroom compact but nice and has even a built-in bidet faucet in the wc.

Excellent location. Right in the center of the city. Everything is literally just a couple of steps away. The room was very clean and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic with many cheeses and excellent meat options to choose from. They even had great vegeies and fruit that were fresh and tasty. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be back when I'm in Banja Luka

AustraliaWhen I booked the hotel indicated they had free parking on the premises and I selected it as an optional extra during the booking process. We arrived to find that this was not at all the case and as it was a busy weekend in town we had to hunt around for (paid) parking a distance from the hotel. Given I specifically booked this hotel based on the promise of parking I was disappointed. I assume the lack of parking is related to the construction going on around the hotel but some form of communication prior to arrival would have been good.
Great location in the middle of town and the room was quite comfortable (although a little noisy from the street). Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with.
