One technical issue appeared in the room but that was also taken care of quickly.

This hotel really exceeded all the expectations. I had read dozens of good reviews and based on those decided to choose this hotel. What makes them stand out from others is the personalized service with everything. From the first moment on arrival until the moment of check-out you feel truly welcomed to their establishment. We had dinner in a lovely environment at their outdoor tables. That was really the highlight of the visit, every part of the dinner was worth it so don't even consider eating out elsewhere. Breakfast also had lots of lovely details and many options to choose from. All the practicalities from parking, helping with the luggage and explaining how things work at the hotel were taken care of with smile on their face. I didn't experience anything even close to this level in other places whilst visiting Bosnia. Our room was really stylish as well with a huge terrace in front of it.

Brace yourselves to fight through bus loads of tourists following their leaders like sheep. Guess this is what happens when you are lucky enough to stay in the old town!!

Lovely hotel in old Mostar. But it is the staff who make it extra special. They could not do enough and went out of their way to ensure I was able to make the most of the time in the local area.

A superb Team, they make you feel as a family member. Najla, Janah & the Gentlemen were so kind and nice. Location at the heart of the old town and the rooms were spacious and clean. One of the most delicious diner we ever had.

Bedroom/bathroom requires some attention to freshen them up

From arrival at this beautiful location 100m from Mostar Bridge, the staff were outstanding. Afternoon team assisted in arranging parking, providing information related to City tours & events having listened to our requests and timelines. Meals on balcony were a treat on a beautiful evening with the sounds of a historic city at dusk very special. Morning teams energy assisted is setting the tone for visiting local amenities and finishing in Mostar in addition their ability to find Jump leads on a busy day to power up a tired car battery assisted in making the visit to the city and Hotel memorable. Look forward to our return to Mostar & hotel.

My husband and I had an exceptional stay. The staff were fantastic. Possibly the smoothest check in of my life. We were greeted with some refreshments and were asked to signs forms and receive info whilst sitting down in a lovely restaurant. This made all the difference after a long travel day. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to help. They suggested things to see which was very helpful. Food and the room were both great. If we visit again this is the only place we would stay! Thank you 😊

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. We were greeted with a welcome drink while they explained all the necessary information for a wonderful stay. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for the room upgrade! We enjoyed a fabulous 3 course dinner on the terrace beside the river and overlooking the Crooked Bridge. It was so romantic! The buffet breakfast was just as good as dinner with many delicious choices. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making our visit to Mostar very special!

Location was perfect - in the most center, just 1 min walk from the old bridge, but a bit away from the crowd - just what you need! Very clean and cozy room with the balcony looking on the river Restaurant terrace above the river - super romantic! Breakfast was amazing! Fresh bakery, fruits, vegetables. Staff was mega friendly and helpful!

On arrival we were met by one of the most pleasant and informative hosts we have come across. That was just the beginning of what was to be one of the most enjoyable stays at a hotel we have ever experienced.
