First time in my life, the hotel does not provide free bottled water… I also missed good coffee at breakfast, it was just Nescafé.

All is well. Very cozy and well designed hotel. Great location: just to cross the street and you are in the Old Town area. Good breakfast with good and high quality food. Nice terrace to chill.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I really loved my stay at Hotel Sana!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, it really is phenomenal! The hotel provides a shuttle from and to the airport at an extra cost, which was a very comfortable end to a long trip. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I loved my room - I was so blown away by the fact that it actually was soundproof! I could sleep soundly, even though the hotel is in the city centre. The location is just great, you're just a few steps away from the old town, as well as the other side, perfect for shopping and eating delicious food. The hotel breakfast was also lovely, there is a selection of continental options. I will be back!

Finding the place by car is not easy. Parking with a bigger car is a real nightmare.

Everything is great. Breakfest was simpel but more then enough. The beds was a bit harder then what we are used to, some walls had some small damages inside the rooms but otherwise everything was great. Modern hotel with a very nice staff.

as others mentioned - the tvs randomly turned on during the night; at different times/nights. It was random!

amazing location, a pocket of serenity next to the main street - fantastic. Lovely decor, design, the room was big and well laid out, bathroom was great. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful - a big hit with the kids.

This is a lovely clean hotel in the heart of Sarajevo with very friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi, very good room and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. There is a small terrace accessed from the outside but we didn't find it until we were leaving! There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within 100m and it is near the main central attractions such as the Gazi Husrev-Beg Mosque.

Breakfast is limited and the rooms are a little bit on the small side but all in all this is a really excellent hotel. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was included in price, then I do expect it caters to everyone. However, it was just endless piles of meat, egg and cheese. Not everyone wants diabetes for breakfast, hopefully in the future the hotel will expand their vegan offer and be more sustainable.

Nice rooms, clean and the staff is very nice. Also perfect location, right in the historic centre.
