Friendly hotel staffs, superb location and the rooftop view is amazing!

We were woken up a few times by people walking on the hallways, but this is just bad luck.

Great location at a couple of minute’s walk from the Stari Most. The hotel has a panorama viewpoint from where you can see the whole city, which is beautiful. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices, and the lady at the reception was super friendly!

Really small showers. You can’t shower without whole bathroom getting wet.

The location is exceptional. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the old bridge and the old city centre. On the roof you can see a breathtaking views of the whole city. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. All the staff is really sweet.

Our shower was very small, too small to be honest. Almost too small to turn around. I don't think all the rooms are the same. Water was good though.

The only minor fault is the hot water pressure, even so this hotel will always be my go to stay when I’m in Mostar!

Where do I start! From the friendly receptionist, to the location of the hotel, to the cleanliness of the rooms our stay was amazing. They also have the loveliest view of the old bridge from the rooftop terrace.

Sinan Han Hotel is the winner of the Eurovision Hotel Contest. Thanks to the two owners for the fantastic hotel, the service and the wonderful breakfasts. This hotel is worth more than the price you pay. From the roof terrace you can see the Stari Most and close to the old town. From the roof terrace you can see the whole region. It is different in the morning and at noon and in the evening. Maximum romance and relaxation. Wonderful owners help with everything and are kind, they smile and that smile is genuine. When we were there we had guests from all different countries. So many nations you can't go wrong and they made the right choice, everyone was happy. The inner staircase of the hotel is fantastic, with the old fountain and the resting kitty. Children will love this hotel. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean and fresh, smells good. Parking was 10 euros per day, book in advance. The price is not expensive, especially as you can keep in touch with your car and only bring what you need into the hotel, what you don't need you take out to the car, it's worth more than money and the parking is secure 0-24. The parking is right next to the hotel, you don't have to walk anywhere. There is a small restaurant opposite the car park, the owner of the restaurant is very nice, he is watching you arrive and will show you to your place in the car park and help you with everything. I need to talk about breakfast separately. The breakfast is varied, the serving is artistic, the flavours are fantastic, you will feel it is a higher service, it is different from other hotels, it is more personalised, you can ask for breakfast in several versions. Make sure you ask for the scrambled eggs with cheese or without cheese, because they bring it out in a little pan and it's a great experience. And very importantly, the owners are available all day long to answer any questions you may have and will help you with anything.

The room itself was a little cramped, especially the bathroom where you had to sit side-on on the toilet and had to have good arm flexibility to reach behind your body for toilet roll. The finish on the room and bathroom was not quite as nice in real life as suggested by the photos. Room was up 3 flights of stairs (no problem) but the wifi signal didn’t stretch that far up. Wifi to plan our onward activities and destinations is a must so despite a wonderful host reception, we were ready to move on after 2 nights

Location within minutes of the centre of old town, private rooftop terrace, lobby area was stunning. The two female reception staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and were very accommodating with early check-in which was much appreciated

Extremly helpful and nice staff! Very good breakfast and great rufftop terace with wiew over the old town. The hotel also has it's own parking which is very convenient if you travel by car. Also excellent location walking distance to the old Bridge. I highly recommend.

Bathroom plumbing leaked, splashing the floor constantly. Didn't affect our stay or enjoyment of the hotel but was more of an irritation.

Perfection is in the details, and some little things were not completely fine, like a sort of pit in my floor. However, nothing to really worry about!

The rooftop terrace is amazing, and a nice place to hang out during the evening. The room is tidy and comfortable and the staff was welcoming and helpful in arranging a parking spot next door (after letting them know that I came with a car beforehand). The hotel is also perfectly located, just three minutes by foot from the highlights of Mostar.

We enjoyed our stay very much. If in the area again, we would stay at this hotel. The breakfast (an extra fee) was perfectly fine, but we would skip this next time and get something in town with a view of the river. The shower did not have a glass wall or door that was long enough, so water sprayed all over the bathroom floor.

Hotel Sinan Han was a good stay for our time in Mostar. The receptionist upon arrival was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and a very interesting design separating the bed from the rest of the room. It was located about a block or two from the bridge and town. Very easy to get around. Mostar was one of the highlights of our trip. It is definitely worth a visit.

The only thing would be that the street noise is noticeable at night time if you’re facing the street.
