I suppose, the hotel has not a good electric system because electric of your room is able to cut reason a bad weather ( rainy, thunder, storm). Also, there was open buffet, but they were not completing absent things in breakfast sometimes.

The hotel is very near to Bashcharshı. Therefore you can stroll touristic places. In addition, market is very near to the hotel. Also, restaurants are very near. Bus stations are near. That is to say, the hotel has a wonderful location.

The only coffee options in room were those annoying sachets with loads of sugar.

Toilet seat was broken and the cleaning staff instead of knowing, didn’t inform/replace before our arrival. However reception arranged to fix it early next morning.

This small hotel a few steps away from the Western and Eastern sections of old Sarajevo has everything a lone guest longs for to feel at home. They let me check in already at 12 noon and the room was very comfy. Very inexpensive compared to what you get.

The location was excellent for the old town and very quiet, spacious rooms with large comfortable beds with a good breakfast. The reception staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you.

Location is excellent, opposite the Baščaršija, just across the street. 2 min walk to Baščaršija. It is a small hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is good, enough of everything. Very good coffee at breakfast.

Mirela at the reception was very helpful. Simple breakfast but it's good. I love how clean my room is esp the bathroom, and the sheets, this is very important to me. The location is in old town, just 2 blocks from Sebilj, and literally walking distance from sites in the old town esp Ferhadija St, the river and old bridge, even the cable car station to trebevic, and easy to ride the bus from there too.

Great position, quite near the city centre. Nearby whatever you need: from supermarkets to various shops, included travel agencies. The railway station in 2 km far from the hotel. Centrotrans, the bus company that connects airport to the city, has its bus one km away. Staff is professional and helpful, breakfast great, such as cleanliness. Suggested!

instant coffee for breakfast could be replaced. The hotel has no parking, but there is a parking lot close by.

The hotel is located in the centre, very close to the main touristic spots. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. A large variety of food was offered for breakfast, so great deal. The staff was always friendly and helpful!

Great hotel with parking service in nearby garage. Solid breakfast and good check-out times. The room was clean with large bed and shower. We had cool view of the Hotel-logo and remains such as bullet-holes from the war on the neighboring building's walls. The staff was friendly and helped us make a phone calls in local language.

It was amazing, cozy, with a great view and the rooftop balcony, clean, calm, comfortable, and fashionable, the best quality for the affordable price. We will come again, we recommend it. Polite, friendly and helpfull staff made our stay even better. We enjoyed diverse and tasty food. It is located in the very heart of the city. The hotel’s taxi driver was also very professional and friendly.
