My only complaint was our room ( Avocado) faced the family pool which was very noisy and for most nights the noise carried on until late at night. Given our age and the two of us................no kids, we would have preferred been located at the Passion Fruit complex.

Room was great. Complex was clean and well maintained. Service staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Very good services, beach chairs, umberellas etc. Swimming pools were great.

Beach view hotel is spacious and comfortable with lovely attractive grounds. The accommodation is comfortable and kept spotless by a daily housekeeper. The views and position of Beach view are perfect and Paynes beach is a beautiful beach, typically Caribbean. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The pool areas were clean and comfortable and never to busy as there’s a choice of three.

slight negatives there was not enough draw space plenty of hanging space. The shower temperature could be temperamental at times.

The location, the grounds, our room was spotlessly clean, very large and airy with a balcony overlooking the pool & the sea. The staff were amazing! Welcoming & friendly nothing was too much trouble.

V noisy road between hotel and beach so perpetual traffic noise unless doors and windows closed. No bar or snacks by pools. V basic menu in on site restaurant/cafe and v basic little Hut selling a few drinks and groceries. Would be great if these could be up-graded. Sun loungers were not very comfy for more than an hour or two.

Big spacious 3 bed apt for 2 with large terrace, v comfy bed, great views and in convenient location. Great pools and a good quiet lengths pool without noisy children

Nothing, everything is great

We have stayed here a number of times, and have already booked for 2023. It is our favourite place to stay. The pools are lovely, there is easy access to most places, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also great, nice food and cold beer, and unlike most of Barbados a reasonable price. To get a similar sized room at another hotel in Barbados would be a fortune. All apartments are very well equipped

Only minor issue was the shower temperature was difficult to control but everything else great.

Great location, lots of restaurants/bars nearby - a mix of local and high end. Nice beach and a bus stop just outside. Excellent facilities, having access to a washing machine / dryer was really useful.

The kitchen in our villa was well stocked but all the chopping knives were all perforated, so we could have done with a few that were non-perforated.

The Villas were very well laid out & designed and the grounds were very well maintained. Robin and his team were exceptional hosts. A short bus ride/taxi up to Holetown for food shopping at Massy & then Limegrove for other shops/cinema. Close to some amazing restaurants like La Cabane and Lonestar.

Location amazing, 2 minutes to nearest beach and 10 minutes walk to Paynes Bay. We also made good use of reggae buses to travel to beaches further up the coast including Mullins Beach and Alleynes Bay. Room was fantastic, very spacious for family of four (we stayed in 2 bed apartment). Kitchen was well kitted out and easy to use. Nice pools and easy to get a sunbed.

I missed some alternatives for vegans and dairy free. And freshly made juice would be great. It would be great to have more options for what could be bought before arrival. Also missed detergent for machine wash.

The breakfast was good with many options. All we tried in the restaurant had a good quality. We had a fantastic view from the apartment. The staff helped us with everything even santa clause they arranged for us.
