I understand it was the hotel policy but bag check every time we came from outside was kinda tedious. But we were okay with that.

We were off to a good start with free airport shuttle. Our room was in 6th floor overlooking road with a balcony, we loved the space, and it was peacefully quiet when window and curtains were closed. We felt instantly welcomes with complimentary juice drinks. Staffs, especially Yusuf, were very helpful. The area is big with gym and pool, we enjoyed swimming. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The cafe inside hotel was such a cozy place. We actually loved staying in this hotel very much. Would recommend 10/10.

Everything was perfect

After my first bad experience with booking a dirty place in Cox’s bazar, I found this amazing hotel and from there my stay was fabulous. The staff is very friendly and can assist you in anything you need. I got a complimentary breakfast which was a buffet with a selection of delicious local and western dishes. My friend and I had a great rest on very comfortable beds in a very clean room. Didn’t have time to use the facilities (pool, gym) but that’s for the next time I visit again. It’s not that easy to find a hotel in Bangladesh that meets basic needs (like hygiene, cleanliness etc) but Long Beach definitely exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend this hotel for the best vacation.

It was my one of the best hotel stays so far. There room is clean, room service was awesome, and they even give us even two times complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast was always great, Hotel stuff are always happy to help, respectful and smile…….Amazing clean hotel, quick service and good stuffs, look forward to stay again

Nothing. Honestly this place is a fantastic find.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the staff were always on hand to take an order for anything that wasn’t in the buffet. We left every morning feeling very full and looked after. The laundry service was fantastic. Reception staff, domestics, the shop, cafe and restaurant staff were all fantastic. The luggage handlers were also incredible as well as the security staff. Honestly, thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

unfortunately the sea view was interrupted by construction of new hotels but not really and fault of long beach! don’t really have any complaints!

the hotel offered complimentary airport shuttle however at the time of drop off they offered to take us 3 hours prior of departure which was really inconvenient. else where we stayed before this, were able to accommodate based on our needs but this hotel is lacking friendly staff.

nothing much to like. the staff were rude and not helpful. the pool didn’t have heating so the water was freezing.

The staff were really incompetent and caused a lot of stress to my partner. They had agreed to a late checkout when we were checking in and started calling us at 9:30 in the morning to leave within half an hour. We had booked and chosen to pay with our card automatically but they made such a fuss about not accepting the payment without a physical card. Made the whole process so tiresome and stressful. Never staying here again.

So many hidden charges... When I booked I suppose to be charged only €244 but finally I was charged €316. I ordered one snack Nd used their steam room. Both bills together worth around €10 but finally they charged €316 with lots of other hidden charge. Which totally unexpected...

The staff was very friendly, specially the driver Jahir and Kamal. The Swimming pool Staff were great too. Breakfast food items are great too. Overall not bad all together

I thought it was a 5 star hotels with VIP facilities but unfortunately they were very unprofessional with their rules and regulations. they were allows outsider to participants the swimming pool. there is no privacy within the hotel.

Actually not much to tells about the facility. Completely outrageous and Room is very small.
