Parking(the entrance is too narrow for SUVs or large vehicle) & also exposed to the elements (we parked above ground).The fact that it is not free (€30)/day. Floor of the shower cubicle(too slippery), needs updating. No kettle in the room.

Location, facilities, breakfast menu, sauna, pool, comfortable & spacious room & beds, cleanliness, friendly & accommodating staff, waiting & meeting area comfortable & cozy. Family friendly. Relaxing environment especially in the dining area. We had the pool & sauna to ourselves too. Special thanks to Mo at reception for giving us a few hours extension to our room stay( late night Channel crossing schedule) & FREE parking after the official stay. Thank you for such an excellent service.

Reception was not occupied and there wasn’t a chance to get someone from reception… were waiting for 5-10 minutes… then someone arrived without excuse The gate to the parking ground was closed in the evening but no increase reacting on the door bell … no sign to use the other entrance

We got an upgrade to a luxury room which was quite huge in size. Beds were comfortable and the bath was with shower and bath tube

Dirty towels scattered around and big piles of them in the corners all over the spa area Pillows were incredibly low quality A lot of noise starting early on in the morning (other tourists, slaming doors or the alarm on the doors when they're not completely closed, squeaking cleaning cart, ...).

For 170 euro for the night I had high expectations but the room was small and cramped and the single mattresses on the beds were very narrow.

Location, breakfast, staff, swimming pool and sauna were fine.

The bathroom is large and clean. However, the lighting is too low. The worst part was the shower/tub. First the tub was very slippery. The shower is a hand held version that fits into a setting. The fitting was very bad and held the shower head at an angle that did not allow it to send water on me directly. Then the glass that keeps the water inside the tub did not work well and a lot of water went off onto the floor even though I kept the glass partition inside the tub. Lastly the water pressure was very low. It was a very uncomfortable and ineffective experience. Also the chair at the desk was not comfortable.

The staff at the reception was extraordinary. Efficient, friendly, and welcoming.

I was surprised to not have found slippers and bathrobe in a 4 star hotel room. If they were available, communication was not clear where to get them from. Overall communication from the hotel or by booking.com on behalf of the hotel is unnecessarily excessive - over 10 messages for just one stay! I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that parking was not available for the hotel as stated in the reservation - it is to be reserved in advance. Again, no clear communication about that. And quite a cost for a night in the public parking.

Great location, fantastic breakfast (including a flute of bubbly wine, fresh waffles and nice fruit salad), really good bed and spacious room and bathroom! The wellness space was also pretty ok. Helpful and friendly staff.

The fact that parking costs 25 euro is a bit much. Especially since the parking is not directly at the hotel and also in the open air. But this is the only thing I didn't like.

Very good breakfast, nice rooms and bathroom. The free swimming pool and welness were also a nice bonus! There were fresh towels at the wellness/pool. Parking is available when you make a reservation

That I had to change rooms twice due to bad door lock in our original suite and bad wifi reception in the second one. And till the last day we departed, no one thought to apologise for the inconviniences until I mentioned it. Also the fact that there is no telefoon or a personeel stand@ the wellness area, you have to walk to the reception if you need anything while down there.

The wellness, though small was very nice. Its a good addition to the hotel. And the value you get for your money is also good. They served bubbles @ breakfast too😁, loved that!

The hotel is in a fantastic area, almost on the beach. The pool area and pool itself was great, also well adjusted to covid restrictions. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was delivered to the room and it was really abundant. However, the biggest treasure of our stay was Mo, the guest manager. Smile, helpfulness, patience explaining things - he has it all. “Mo is the best” said my 9 yrs old daughter and asked me to come back to this hotel. We definetely will.
