Fantastic location. The breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked egg options and lots to choose from on the buffet. Amenities and facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Jacuzzi had to be booked in advance as it's still covid....thus there was no place for us. Can't be helped.

Great breakfast with lots of choice and good quality. Very friendly staff, room was on the front so scared of the road noise but the hotel is well placed towards the back so it was no problem. There is also a supermarket on the other side of the street, very handy!

Not any prior warning about hotel restaurant being closed and their "go to" suggestion being closed on a Monday (when I stayed). However, plenty of alternatives given within a short drive distance so no harm done.

The Wifi did cut out a few times and I did have to move to one side of the room to reacquire and sometimes maintain connection. The TV channels were also quite limited, was unable to watch CNN or BBC news. Other than those issues I found very little to fault with my overall stay in the hotel.

The Breakfast was varied and the food was well prepared and delicious. My Room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. The Bar are near the reception desk was pleasant and the service provided by the staff was on point and accomodating.

We could not have a proper dinner, because when we arrived, we did not check the surroundings, and then we went to a restaurant next to the hotel, but it was all full. We could not find any place to go nearby, and we were walking, and it started to rain. We ended up in a Wok restaurant. It was not bad but it was not what we were looking for. We realized that the hotel is in the outskirts of the village and mostly of the bars and restaurants are in the center of the village. But we did not really investigated the area before arriving, so it was out fault, not the hotel. The hotel was great.

Very good breakfast, nice views from the hotel, amazing suroundings and very relaxed place to stay. The weather was not that good but then we went to visit the war museum.

Quite noisy and thin walls. I suppose it's an older hotel, although the owners did a good job refurbishing the bath and bedroom. Not so nice location, but I guess you can assume this when booking in Libramont.

Actually i have nothing to say about negative points. This is a nice and good hotel. Not to big just how i like it.

The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean, nothing more needed then this nice rooms. The breakfast is very good, a lot of choice from bread, fruit, juices, ... the chef is even asking to bake your eggs like you want. Due to corona the hotel is very well equipped with the necessary safety rules.

Good beds, nice rooms, friendly staff. A pity that the Cafe Louis did not open because of corona + rain. Your personal style of eggs and bacon, good coffee, nice view. For me it's a mainstay.

It took time for the hot water in the shower to show up, but when it did it was very nice and hot. Other than that everything was excellent.

We liked pretty much everything. The room was comfortable in every way, there was a possibility to make tea, it was quiet as well. The breakfast was a very good experience- tasty and abundant (only coffee could have been better, but the many varieties of loose tea made up for it). The staff was very helpful with information on walks and where to find dinner. Top marks!

Every restaurant was full or closed. Only food was Chez Jess's. Was refused to eat the food in the restaurant. Had to eat it outside in the courtyard. Bad hospitality.det

It was a bit chilly in the room when we came, I think stuff should turn the heating on before. The room has no general lighting only little lamps next to bed. The corner of the bathroom was dirty. Facilities are quite old. The price a bit high for the comfort of the room. The room dated.

Breakfast was full and rich, bed was big and comfortable.

The fire escape was not up to a reasonable standard! As an ex-Fire Officer, I could probably use the vertical escape ladder but as I am now 70 years old not for much longer. My wife however would have not been able to use this to escape ladder at all and I was on the top floor. There was no meals available apart from breakfast, which was inconvenient and would have made our stay more enjoyable but I know that the Covid pandemic has hit all countries and affected the hospitality trade.

Breakfast was really good, room was clean and comfortable and staff were always obliging. Hotel was quite modern and had a great dining area for breakfast.

most of the staff doesn’t speak anything but French (nor Vlaams or English) which makes the communication almost impossible, they are very kind and polite though. rooms are not soundproof and the bed was not very comfortable.

The room has 2 coffee cups but only 1 tea cup and no kettle. The kettles were being cleaned so they gave us a thermos and a second cup. However after that every day when the room was cleaned, there was only 1 tea cup. It would be better if the room always has 2 cups for tea and coffee.

The reception was very welcoming and there is enough parking space if you come by car. There are plenty good restaurants in close distance of the hotel. The jacuzzi is very enjoyable if you have a free moment.

A breakfast isn’t quite tasty. Because some food is cooked for many hours ago and it is cold.

We had a motorcycle accident and we were stayed there one night. And we could not speak in French and staffs is really helpful to translate for us. A room is clean and bed is comfortable. It’s located in a good location.You can find many restaurants and shopping more.
