Difficult to get a sunbed unless you are down well before 8am as people reserve them and then don’t arrive down to the pool til we’ll after 11

Quiet apartments,clean and good location. Small shop on site with all essentials and supermarket across the road. Just a short walk from airport bus so very convenient. 20 min stroll to the beach and shops

Although the room was great we found that we couldn’t at times leave the curtains open to let light in as there was not a lot of privacy. A set of net like curtains would do the trick we think.

Apartment very clean and tidy .It looked as if it was brand new . A small apartment with plenty of storage and everything that you would need as a home from home. The resort itself was well kept with an excellent pool and other facilities . When we booked we asked for a lower floor apt as my wife has slight mobility issues and they came through for us . Location Great within a ten-15 minute walk from Los christianos centre .the Market and loads of Bars and Restaurants.

Small things like there was no soap liquid and wasn’t refilled for 3 days of our stay. Towels weren’t changed even though we wanted to do it once, room wasn’t clean as there was a good bit dirt under the bed

It was very close to the beach and close to buses . Had plates, kettle and toaster so breakfasts were done in the room. Bottle of wine to welcome us

They only provide some washing up liquid at the beginning of the stay but don’t refill it. When we asked reception for more, a blonde lady rudely told us to go buy it at the supermarket. Also, people put their towels on sunbeds early in the morning and leave them there for hours so you can’t enjoy the pool, and the staff doesn’t do anything about it. Cleaning is just every other day and when we asked for extra towels as we needed them, this blonde lady didn’t give us any. Men staff in the reception are nicer.

Carlos gave us an upgrade and we had a very big apartment which was a nice touch. Overall we had a pleasant stay, the hotel is just 15 minutes walk from the sea and close to the bus station, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Towels were already on beds by the pool at 8am. It was difficult to find a free one. Often they were not even occupied by noon! No signs at pool forbidding this practice, sadly.

Our room was on 1st floor facing the pool. It got sun in the morning which was lovely. Cleaning was regular, with sheets changed once during our stay, which was adequate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great location, close to the beach, bars/restaurants and airport. Room was a good size and was clean. Balcony looking over the pool and a free bottle of wine and water included when we arrived which was nice! Staff at reception were very friendly

Pleasant pool but towels appeared on the sun loungers by 8:15am, lots of shade around pool, Couldn't work out cleaning rota as room wasn't cleaned daily. No mirrors in room only in bathroom.

Location close to sea, bus station and old town. Restaurant good with great singers at night

Unfortunately the swimming pool is not heated, as they present it. This and the breakfast which is quite poor would be the only minuses.

We opted for this hotel due to the big swimming pool. The hotel is located very well, close to the beach, bus station and with many restaurants around. At night they have live music in the restaurant. They have smoking areas arranged with tables and seats. There is a small shop in the complex with accesibile prices. I would gladly return here if the water in the swimming pool would really be heated.

The sun bed politics were ridiculous! Towels at 6am 😂 However, we chose to explore Instead.

Location was excellent and the size of the room was perfect for my son and me. The price was good for the location.

Rooms are hit and miss.

2nd time here, hotel, staff and facilities were great. Rooms hit and miss, last time we stayed room was massive, this time quite small.

We thought that every single hotel in a warm country like Tenerife would have Air Conditioning. Our room did not have A/C and it was very difficult with two children. We were also there in a massive heat wave so the nights were way too hot.

I loved the pool area and all the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and a balcony overlooking the pool was super nice in the mornings and evenings.

room 13 very noisy.We could not sleep properly 3 nights.There was a French kids in front of our door talking and screaming and playing with the lift all night long.This is our 3rd time here in the hotel.I wanted some sort of upgrade at least a sea view.I believe rm 13 is the worst room in the hotel.Again very noisy in the night and in the morning especially after 8 am.

Had our towels removed from the sunbeds that we were using by the lifeguard and we never got them back along with our sun cream that was with the towels. So obviously we had to buy 2 new towels and cream

Very clean and polite staff. Good location near the port and local restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the room we had was spotless ,only downfall was no Air-conditioning
