We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumAs the hotel is in a small countryside village, a car is needed to move around. Very few restaurants nearby, may be full and no shops or supermarket. Slightly dated family hotel with no lift. Wifi connection not stable or absent. Non-darkening curtains in the room. Duvet size is for a single person: its width is short. The bathroom lacks hooks and support space.
Quite environment (the hotel is in a small countryside village, with balcons overseeing a green lawn and a meadow behind). Spatious room with small table, small living room and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is good (it includes an orange juice, American coffee, 2 small breads served with butter, fruit jelly, ham and cheese, 2 pastries (croissant and chocolate couque).

NetherlandsWe were by bike and were allowed to take it with us in the room, which is really confi. The beds are great as well as the balcony with its view. The next morning we got a good and big breakfast that lasted for a new day of biking. The service is really nice, thumps up!!!

Nice, comfortable room in a small apartment-style hotel. The owner Bernard was helpful in making restaurant reservations as only 1 place was open in Robertville when we visited (it is only a small village). Continental breakfast was fresh. Can also recommend the restaurant 'Chez Phil'.

The owner was very helpful and accommodated our request for early breakfasts, despite understanding very little English! Breakfast was always fresh from the local boulangerie and the largest Croissants' I have seen!

Irelandthe property was fairly clean but not as clean as it should have been when taking into consideration the price charged. there was no tea and coffee facilities available in the room as stated on the description description of the property. the staff consisted of one of one man whom we found to be unhelpful in every way. the hotel itself is very run down looking and local amenities are non existent. the room smelled of staleness. overall I felt very rip off by the hotel s poor service.
