The information about where we should check in and park is not clear, very very basic facility. There is no water cooker or glass to drink water. The lamp in the bathroom switches off after some minutes.

USB sockets didn't seem to work, but overall very good for what you pay for.

There was no cooking facilities available so we had to rely on the restaurant which was a disaster or eat out.

The restaurant in the sport centre was terrible. Never met such rude staff. The room was comfortable and safe. Reception staff were helpful. The shower in the bathroom was amazing!

Literally, the bed sheets had not been changed. When we opened the beds, there were 15-20 curled short body hairs on all three of the sheets. As if it were a man's chest and leg hair. There were 3 spiders in the room, and the corners of the walls were covered in dusty thick webs. It was obvious that the bathroom had never been cleaned because the sink and toilet were dusty, and there were 2 large drops of dried blood on the floor near the toilet. The inside of the drawers had not been wiped for so long that the dust was black. We explained the situation and asked for clean sheets, and when we removed the old ones to put new sheets on them, we saw the mattresses. The mattresses were yellow, some parts had changed color and turned brown from sweat, there were long women's hair and men's hair everywhere.

So the staff were very nice! Especially the old gentleman at the reception, who spoke no English and spoke entirely in French. Although we did not have any common language, we were able to communicate without any problems with gestures and facial expressions, and he helped us a lot.

The way from the room to the main entrance and car park is very long and getting lost in the complex is easy.

For me the room was not clean. Especially in the toilet and the bathroom. Everywhere there were hairs. Not nice.

I think it could be better situated (f.e. there was no grocery store nearby) and the busstop was situated by a highway so to cross the highway to get to the other busstop was a problem.

I liked that everything was provided for, a soft bed, good pillow, enough power outlets and a clean bathroom. And for those who like sports, there are excellent sports facilities.

We were quite cold during the night while it was only beginning of october 😬. They should have warmer sheets/covers I had to ask for a second towel while we booked for 2 people so not very much enjoyable

The bar/restaurant open lately, AWESOME when you are thirsty and everything close by is actually CLOSED. The fact that the property is inside a sport center is enjoyable.

This hostel is located in a sports complex so at first I didn't realize the reception was the info desk in the lobby of the sports complex and not inside the hostel. I had problem with the hot water because when I turned the handle to hot it was cold but I quickly realized when I turned it to cold I got hot water so just turn the handle opposite way. Also no shower curtain so the floor was completely wet. Electricity in the private room works only with the keycard provided and it will turn off not only the lights but also power sockets so you can't leave your laptop or powerbanks to charge while you go out.

Room was spacious, good for one or two nights. Nothing special. Even though at first the location seemed to be a bit far from the city centre, it didn't feel that long. Walk to metro station was approximately 10-15 mins and metro line 5 takes you to city centre in 10 mins. There is also a 24h gas station nearby if you need a quick snack late at night.
