Sound proofing is a bit of a problem as you can hear talks/sound from your next room neighbour. Our room was on the 6/F and there is no phone. I had to go down the reception to request for slippers (which they do not normally provide in the hotel). Going back to our room I saw that there is a designated phone per floor, you just have to find it. :)

Location is very central and is walking distance from Brussel's Central train station. Breakfast has good selection for carnivore but not much for vegan/vegetarian. Rooms are well kept and being cleaned daily. This hotel has a rooftop bar as well that is worth visiting especially on good weather.

Super location with short walk to all the beautiful stores, restaurants, bars and stunning square. Rooftop bar is stunning with views and the staff are wonderfully efficient and friendly. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to drop our bags and explore the city before our room was ready. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Eurostar and 10 mins from central station is you hop on the metro

Beds were a bit uncomfortable .

The hotel was in a good location. The hotel was fine but a bit dated. Breakfast was good. Facilities were also quite good. It was very good value.

The Shampoo should be in bottles rather than Plastic Shachets. They were not very convenient.

Location was excellent for our Tour De Geuze Craft Beer liking needs.

The breakfast could be better. Is just bread (3 types), cheese (1 type), ham, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. On the other side they have pannenkoeken, 2 typyes of yogurt and some fruit. the first day there were only 6 pieces of fruit and the second day we didn't get any. Also the juices and the coffee are from machine. I would expect fresh juice or coffee, and more variety of food in general.

The location is very convenient, the hotel has public parking just across the street and the staff is very friendly. Some of the rooms have been renovated and they're really comfortable. The old ones are also comfortable, but not esteticaly nice.

Very limited bath amenities, no fridge, no kettle, no ironing facility. Breakfast is not that good for my liking but they have wide selection.

Very clean and all smells good, even the elevator. The bed is nice and comfortable plus smelling clean. The bar at 8th floor is a bonus. The view is amazing and the staff are very nice. Shower is perfect for a hot day.

The wifi never really worked.

The location of the hotel was surprisingly close to the main square. We stayed here as a mid point to our final destination and were not looking to visit in particular, but it was a welcome surprise. The parking lot was extremely practical.

Wi-Fi was awful. The walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations in the next room

HORRIBLE INTERNET, NO INTERNET IN THE ROOM AND MOSTLY IN THE HOTEL WORST INTERNET THAN ANY HOTEL I STAY IN 59 COUNTRIES.

The room was very small, but Ok, European standard. The area are very good. The Breasfast are good. The Internet never work

There was a little spot of either dried chocolate or blood on the duvets of both beds, which appears to have been missed by the cleaning staff

The hotel was well located for easy walking to the the Grand Place, etc. The hotel bar upstairs was well situated and offered a nice variety of drinks and snacks

Two different Wi-Fi passwords were provided, one for reception and one for the room, but the reception one has worked.

It's a good breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. The location is perfect. Good standard hotel. I liked it very much.

We picked this hotel because it was central, with parking available in a public car park right behind the hotel - with easy access then through the back door of the hotel. We parked our car on level 1. However, in the morning we discovered that the rear quarterlight window of our car had been smashed and there was broken glass all over the back seat. Whoever tried to break in must have cut their hand as there was some blood on a picnic bag on the seat. Fortunately this, and possibly the alarm going off scared them away and there was no further damage to the car, and nothing was stolen. The hotel staff were sympathetic and helpful - they vacuumed the car and put duct tape over the window for us; we were very grateful to them. It could have been worse but I would warn other customers that there is no CCTV. The hotel was excellent but the parking cannot be recommended.

Location was perfect, hotel staff were efficient and pleasant, the room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Good value for money.

Tea and coffee facilities would have been nice. Room was also a little tired and due a refit

Room was comfortable and clean. Amazing location - right in the heart of Brussels. Parking was super cheap but beware of you have a large car as the car park is very low and quite tight. Rooftop bar is very nice. Breakfast was great - decent choices and food was fresh.

Super near the city centre. Only a few minutes walk away from the Grand Place! Safe location for solo female traveler! Staff was also friendly during the check-in. I enjoyed my stay!

You can hear some doors slamming at night, but you can still sleep well.

The best is bar and restaurant on 8 floor. Amazing staff and good quality drinks. For sure I recommend make reservation on rooftop with amazing view on city 🙂 Location is definitely a plus.
