A very comfy bed. Not far from Central or Midi/South stations (ten minutes walking. Quirky furniture in the bedroom from a different era.

Noise isolation between room and corridor very poor.

Employee very good at the reception, ready to help you. My friend was sick the day of the check out and they have extended the check out at 3 PM for free! Very appreciated

Air conditioning in the room was only able to be used to heat not cool.

Great location and a big old hotel that has comfortable rooms. Check out at 12 is a plus and left luggage felt secure for those with late departures

Unfortunately, in a small room they tried to put all the furniture in the hotel: a huge table and a doblebed and shelves for clothes and chears. Unfortunately it all made it difficult to move around the room. But so everything is excellent!

The only downfall was that the stopper in the bathroom sink was not working properly. We also asked for the room to be made up but the bathroom was not redone with new towels and we were not advised of this.

. The location was amazing. We could walk / take the tram anywhere we wanted to go and be there within 20mins. The staff were very accommodating to storing our luggage when we arrived early on check-in and for the day we checked out. The property was very clean.

Breakfast had a great variety and was a highlight of the stay. The location is perfectly positioned to walk around Brussels and see the city. The room was okay a bit crowded with furniture.

Wi-fi often had a weak signal or didn't work at all, but this didn't pose a big problem for us as we didn't have ny urgent need for internet.

Location was great, in terms of the centre of Brussels and also in terms of access to train station. Hotel foyer was welcoming, staff were friendly and the room was a decent size.

The walls are very thin. We could hear other guests throughout the night and could hear the cleaner hoovering early in the morning. This being said, I still slept well.

after reading reviews, I wasn’t expecting too much however the hotel was lovely, very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a hairdryer (some reviews say they didn’t get one so I feel it’s relevant). Clean towels every day, and an AMAZING rooftop bar (open between 4.30-midnight) which was perfect to have a drink before going out for dinner. The location is the selling point, it’s 5 minute walk from the main square where you will find loads of restaurants and bars. It’s walking distance to Brussels-Midi train/bus station.

The walk from Midi/Zuid after dark is OK but be alert near the station. The underground/tram is available to near the hotel but still the same edginess after dark. Walking from hotel to the centre is fine night & day.

I had a very pleasant welcome at reception and was able to buy cans of cheap beer to take to room. I had a superior double room which I think must have been an upgrade in room, or a reduction in price. It was wonderful, very spacious, a big desk and chair. There was a bath in the bathroom which was great. The rooftop sky bar was great for drinks until midnight. The location is great. 20 minutes walk from Midi/Zuid station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the weeing boy, and less than ten minutes walk from Grand Place. My room was quiet and I heard no noise from the street or other residents at all

No kettle and tea in the room (every hotel I've been to has had this), dated room with cracks in the bathroom tiles and possibly some water damage on the wall in the room, breakfast buffet a bit slim.
