Breakfast service was below par. Lack of staff or lack of experience? We had to wait ages before staff came to order, and before the orders were delivered. With the ambition to be a 'six star hotel', such a service is not acceptable.

Everything was amazing. You wouldn’t struggle to find a way of spending a whole day in this lovely hotel; starting with a gorgeous breakfast buffet, going to gym, getting a massage, having a cup of tea in a glasshouse, doing work at a lounge and finishing with a fine dinner.

Room was not clean. The toiletry box was used before. For an 5 star hotel one can argue that certain details should have been better organized. Room check in is at 15:00 hours and not 15:10. These are important details to take care-off

The only thing I did not like was the rooms facingbtje streets, the passing trams made a loud noice and made the bed shake. However, when I mentioned it, I was moved and upgraded and then slept like a baby.

This place truly earns its name as Sanctuary - it is a beautiful, restful oasis of quiet and relaxation within the heart of the city. Everything from the decor to the spa to the food is curated with so much attention to detail, the rooms feel luxurious but tasteful at the same time - and the spa (especially the swimming pool in a greenhouse setting, surrounded by medieval architecture and gardens) is something to behold! I would come back in a heartbeat.

In our room we heard noise from the bar below the room. This was not what we expected from such an expensive hotel. We noted this at check out and the hotel offered a a coupon to make up for it.

Really wonderful Hotel in the middle of Antwerp, We loved the SPA facilities and our room (Junior Suite) had the most comfy beds. The room was also very clean.

The setting is very beautiful, the plants are gorgeous, the only thing I would change is the art inside the building, it is rather chaotic on not very refined at least in the part of the hotel with "deluxe" rooms that I saw. There were some spots on the ceiling (like a lot) in our room like an explosion of some food happened. We had a coffee machine but the espresso cups were missing. for the rest a top-notch hotel. The pop-up restaurant is not bad, but the menu had a very sour taste, which is not a problem as such, except the balance of sourness was a bit too harsh in a few dishes. We also had to wait 45 minutes between the second and third meal dishes, which is a bit too long for a lunch that could be less lengthy.

The service was exceptional, the welcoming happened in a very professional and comfortable way, and every single employee is helpful, friendly, very professional, and very strong in the refined art of hospitality. Also the concierge is a very smart and intelligent man that is very attentive to details and this with his teams makes this hotel one of the very best in Belgium, for sure (we tried all other 5 stars).

Small details, but for the level of hotel, we were surprised by them. Bed was rather hard and not very comfortable.. There were some cobwebs in the potlights and the view of the parking entrance with blue plastic bag attached to the gate was a bit disappointing for a deluxe room. The underground path to the spa also felt a bit roughly finished, like we were going to a garage rather than a luxury spa. The pool area also had a light not working and a broken floor tile.

Nice reception area and welcome by staff. Breakfast was very good. Room was tastefully designed, beautiful bathroom, and lighting was very well done. Location is practical for the centre of Antwerp.

A minor incident with one of the staff but feedback was taken seriously. If you arrive late for breakfast it is very busy and lacking in options. Influx of people should be managed more effectively.

Overall atmosphere, service, and experience was at a proper five star level, they really make an effort here. Spa experience was really proffesional and relaxing.
