Lightning in the room was not that good, no ceiling light at all. With cloudy days it felt a bit dark

Perfect location right next to central railway station, perfect train connection from Brussels airport. Right next to Grand Plaza and heart of Brussels, shops, restaurants. Nice comfy room, very good breakfast

The room feels very dated- old furnitures, taps etc. The room was too dark and there was no reading light at the desk. The pillow was lumpy and the duvet wasn't warm enough, i had 2 joined up single bed instead of a full size double so had used the 2 single duvet to keep me warm enough. The heater doesnt seem to be working well or not blowing at the correct temperature. 22 deg wasnt warm, so wasnt 30+.. all in all, i think there are other better value for money hotels nearby.

Location was great, 5mins from Central station, and from the Grand Place. They offer a free drink (from beer to soda) if you choose to not replace your towels - green option. Free coffee at reception. The weekend reception was so friendly and helpful.

It was very noisy during the night. Lots of noise from people walking past and very early morning noise from delivery lorrys and refuse collection. Location was excellent.

right when we entered the hotel there was a very bad smell and it was very noticable, and this smell was always in the area of the reception and the hall to our room for the entire stay. they really need to put air fresheners around the halls and lobby or sort out the problem. also when we arrived there was no shower gel in the shower and we had to ask for one. the lighting in the room is very dim and yellow, if you are a woman who wants to put on makeup its impossible to see anything, also there is an espresso machine in the reception but it didnt work for the whole stay

The location of the hotel is perfect right next to the main square and the central station which is super comfortable. From it you can walk all over town without having to use the public transportation. The shower is SUPER good, the water flow and temperature is great and the bath too.We got a room with an amazing view of the town hall and all the christmass markets in the square under the hotel which was very beautiful . there are many places to eat and shop right next to the hotel which is a big bonus

This hotel is in excellent location, bang on in the centre very close to everything especially restaurants, transportation etc. the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was complete with everything. The staff were exceptionally helpful and also helped with printing some documents for me.

The hotel was in the perfect location! A block from the train station and very close to Grand Place. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was very big and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Brussels.
