There were some stains on our rooms curtain and the wall and the shower could have been cleaner.

The location was great - close to the main bus stop and lots to see in the hotels surrounding area. The staff was always super friendly and ready to help, requests were always fulfilled immediately. We were offered to borrow sunscreen and umbrellas for free and they showed us all the must-visit-places around the hotel upon our arrival. The hotels restaurant had cheap and delicious cocktails and food and most staff spoke pretty good German and perfect English. Room had a nice balcony to have breakfast on or dry wet towels and swimwear. Hotel Pool was clean and usually not busy at all.

The toilet was so small, whenever I washed my face I made a splash all over, sink was clogged and it spilled all over. Basically WC is small in any context for a 3 bed room

New and very comfortable mattresses, good sound insulation and air condition. Only aprox. 7 min from the diving spot (Mero diving) by walk. The hostess very kind. Good coffee downstairs. Realy good place for value.

The light in the bathroom were closing all the time if you dont move enough.

The staff was so helpful. Good value for the price. Good location. Even though it doesn’t have a parking, you can park easily in the next streets.

Just some maintenance of the property could be better

The rooms were a great size with a small balcony. We loved using the pool when we weren’t at the beach. The staff were great and also provided us with complimentary umbrellas to take to the beach which was great. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town half way between the beach and the port.

I know that it's a hostel, though it would have been nice if the toilet was cleaned every couple of days and the balcony swiped as we were at the back and lots of pine leaves were dropping.

Great value for money, excellent location, 10 minutes walk from Cala Agulla, shops, restaurants also very close. We wanted a clean, basic place to sleep and wash, and this was perfect. Being there ,when it was 43 degrees, the air-condition in the room was the haven. Comfortable beds and clean room. The couple who runs it is very friendly. Very handy was the towels next to the reception, so cleaned towels every day. We will definitely go back

There's not staff in the reseption ever. So we dont got any information for the hotel and did not even check in at all. There is not pool on the hotel or nothing information this. Last day we understood that pool was maybe opposite side an other hotels garden.

Not enough staff to maintain the hotel tidy. No staff at the reception all the time, you have to call for them and wait as they are busy somewhere else in the hotel. No staff to monitor the pool, drunk adults guests behaving like toddlers jumping and running around the poll.

Good price for the extra night we required in Cala Ratjada. Room was well maintained and a nice balcony view over the main street.

Some issues that were presented during our stay was the poor communication on the check in process, there was never anyone at the reception, no explanation how to check out, and the air conditioning was not fully reliable (kept just blowing warm air even though it was set to cold).

The location was amazing, the facilities were clean, comfortable beds, and the room was a great size. A nice bonus was extra bathrooms and the restaurant being attached to the hotel.

The room 301, was loud and disrespectful. What meant to be a relaxing weekend turned into a sleepless weekend as there was a group of German guys loud and noisy everyday at 6AM coming back from partying. As there was no reception nobody was keeping the boundaries.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, good service and good value for money. The location is perfect near the beach, there are also many restaurants nearby. I'll be back again!

For our 5 days stay, haven’t seen no one at the reception, it get VERY noisy at night inside the building and no one take care of it. in our stay they were very noisy/drunk young German people, wake all the building every night. Also try to get inside our room. The room in front of us get flood, actually no one took care over for 2 days even if we email the hotel.

Nice cocktail at the restaurant next door. They took care of letting us our keys in a safe box for late arrival.

Entrance was very dirty, reception was always unattended, never staff around when needed, it was advertised with air conditioning, but was told there is no aircon, was advertised pay at the property, payment was taken before arrival, was advertised breakfast available pay at property but was informed they don’t even do breakfast. Rooms were only cleaned when if requested but staff was never around to request it. Swimming pool advertised was across the road in a separate hotel, always busy never room. Very basic and over priced, very disappointed, wanted to leave after first few days, didn’t due to lack of availability else where.
