The room was very small for three persons. There was not a proper closet to put the clothes. The table was to small to put laptop and study.

The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working so the ventilation was a bit poor.

Great location - rooms well appointed with sufficient comfort clean fresh linen and towels. Water and little fridge. Great dinner in the restaurant.

We brought our dog again. However, this time, for the first time, we were asked to put down a deposit of €200.- (!) in cash (!) for the dog! We managed to scramble it together. Wonder what would’ve happened if we hadn’t been able to come up with money…Of course, afterwards we got it back without any problem, but nevertheless…

The location. Parking on the street is relatively easy, for Brussels!

My door did not open. The electronic opening system had to be fixed but the staff fixed it quickly. There was no Catalan or Spanish beer.

The room was good, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was good. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The smell on the 6th floor as soon as the lift opens.. its smells like a rotten rat. The smell was there since day 1 until our 5th day. I hope the management finds way to get rid of that smell

WiFi was very slow and unreliable - there was a note apologising for ongoing maintenance, which must be a long one since the situation did not improve during my 12 days stay. The same goes for TV. Room walls are thin and the loud cleaning starts early in the morning...After 11 nights stay I have asked for 2pm late check out and was requested to pay 20 euros for that...Did not try 18 euros breakfast...City centre and European quarter are not close...

Nice smallish hotel in (the only) trendy neighbourhood of Brussels. Plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance. Tram station 3 min walk from hotel taking you reasonably close to Grand Place (main square). Room was spacious with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and small mini bar. Staff was nice. Very good value for money. Will return once they fix WiFi.

The tiny bar of hand soap in the bathroom. The thin pillows. Limited tv channels and no kettle.

Room was pleasant, it was convenient to get to the tram. It was reasonably quiet. The staff were all very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good and so was the wine!

We were unable to control the temperature in the rooms and it was too hot to sleep comfortably. Also the window openings were strange so we couldn't easily open the windows

The hot water took ages to run, the heating system was noisy. The day we arrived the bar was closed and there was no room service. We asked for late check out but that was not communicated to the next shift.
