I think the resort is a little tired in places, nothing major wrong but just dont think it is value for money. Compared to other options in the area.

The pool area was very busy with day guests, but after their buses left it was lovely and peaceful. The gym was vey dated and unused including rusty equipment and not very clean. Food at the Thai restaurant was average.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety, including some vegan options. The room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were glorious to wander round. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Staff are quite rude. At chekin, it was not a smooth experience with confusion over payment and a broken lock on 1 of the rooms where we had to wait over an hour before someone came to repair all while sitting waiting. We ate at the beach restaurant 1 night and the staff were slow and forgot some of our orders. We did not get any of our food at the same time either, which is normally fine but not at a place with those prices that call themselves 4 or 5 star. Kayaks that you can use were leaking, and there was no staff available to help. I feel like this place is lacking management and needs someone to steer the ship. It could be great if there was alittle more care.

The beach, hot springs, and cold plunge were fantastic. Breakfast was good, too, with lots of options.

Location a bit remote. Not enough variety of fruit. Lack of seating at breakfast and especially when groups from outside the hotel were brought in for breakfast. Too many people at once equals staff not able to cope. Also groups of Russians and Chinese came to the Hotsprings every day which meant the people paying to stay in the hotel found it hard to get a sun bed by the pool which was a shame.

Thai style with character. Beautiful Lagoon setting and beach. Hot springs and massage facility. Grand sea view room was spacious with lovely decor and was serviced every day with fresh towels /beach towels and bottles of water. The room was far enough away from the pool area to be a tranquil retreat with lagoon/sea views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in every way.

Too crowded during daytime at the pool. We came to Nataï Beach to be far from P huket crowd, but the hotel brings many vans of tourists from other hotels to spend the day at the pool and spring. Many times no sunbeds available if you don't reserve it at breakfast. 8 sunbeds at the beach, half of them broke. Could not enjoy fully this beautiful place spoiled by noise and crowd.

Nice place , great gardens, breakfast and dinner quiet nice. Beach is great and clean.

We love the area and have enjoyed the resort as always. Its quite and so green. The bedroom was huge, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was really nice set up with hot/cold swimming pool. There were lots of people in the afternoon. Overall, we love the resort and will go back again!

Busses of Russian daytrippers. It means that paying hotel guests who are staying at the hotel feel pushed out, in favour of daypass guests. Not to mention that day trip bus drivers and thier buses all crowding around the lanes and pathways do not have the same access to the facilities, because all the day-pass guests are there. It makes it feel like a tacky theme park. With a little effort this resort could be amazing, but right now it feels like it has no atmosphere. There is no entertainment in the evenings. Spacious room but some of the fixtures in our room have seen better days. A couple of plugs not wokring, a safe that was unreliable, water stains on the net curtains. The gardens and grounds are beautifully landscaped. The staff work hard and are to be commended as it was evident they are trying their best. The beach by the hotel is stunning but there is nothing else to do, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We were flyng out of Phuket, so in that regard, it is conveniently located.

Breakfast was the usual international hotel breakfast. It was fine.

Networking natai beach also very remote, honestly, there is nothing to do there.

Staff , amazing yes that includes James Bond Resort, well kept Kids loved the fish in the ponds Kids liked the bikes. Kids liked looking for wildlife at night Great for a very short break.

The parking near lobby is not big at all, the parking near guests' houses is also pretty small and people park on the (wet/muddy) grass which is not nice at all.

Good (not excellent) breakfast buffet, good hot springs / pools area: there is a small slide for kids and few special shallow areas for them as well. Th breakfast / main lobby area is well decorated and air flows through it nicely. There are few well lit places to walk in the evening and pool area also works at that time.

No drying rack for clothes

The room is large, clean, and quiet. It has a balcony with 2 chairs, a separated shower room, sink, and toilet. The hot spring bath (2 pools for hot and 1 pool for cool) is unique for hotel in Thailand. Breakfast is not bad.

No hot water in shower, and water strange - oily. Only one restaurant - expensive and little choices.
