Excellent location - literally right over Central Station and a couple of minutes from the Grand Place. Very pleasant and helpful front-desk staff. Industrial-design lobby area and rooms were light, spacious, modernised and spotlessly clean. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it.

Wifi was no great ..kept loosing signal. Air conditioning was not working well and hallways were saunas. Pillows very flat.

Breakfast is very poor. Water in shower from small douche was changing from hot to cold and back every 30 seconds (from big douche it was ok). Air conditioning wasn't cool enough and street is noisy when you open the window.

Good hotel in the central Brussels. Easy to travel to/from hotel - metro station is almost under the hotel, Brugge Central is 5 mins walk. Even with suitcases it was ok. Room itself is spacious and comfy, staff is helpful and they checked us in 2 hours before check in time for free (we were very surprised). They have a bar with free wine, coffee and tea in the lobby. Also they provide beer and Prosecco from fridge for additional price (5€ for 1 bottle of beer).

Only inconvenience: Noise street. But for us perfect because of the short distance between our hotel and the musea we wanted to vist.

Our specific room had an odd approach: once getting off the elevator you had to go down two steps and then back up two steps. Clumsy with bags.

Hotel is in a great location, very near the Central Station. Price is reasonable for downtown Brussels. The Grand Place is only a ten minute walk. Coffee maker, tea and a kettle were provided.

The WiFi wasn’t fast but when I told the desk at checkout they said, quite rightly, that I should have reported it and they could have taken action.

My room did not have light curtains that would provide an opportunity to have some daylight while also feeling protected from the windows of the opposite building. I like daylight, but I had to keep blackout curtains closed while getting ready in the morning. Also, the sound isolation could be better: I heard a lot from movements in the corridor and sounds from rooms close-by.

The location was excellent for my work meetings as well as getting from / to airport, since it is next to the Central station. I also loved the opportunity to take early morning walks in the nearby Royal park (5 minutes away). The breakfast had a good standard of choices and I appreciated the high quality teabags (also the availability of tea or coffee 24/7 in the lobby). The room was spacious and I could borrow a hair drier.

2 things - Breakfast included is a little basic - there's not a huge choice, but it was tasty & sufficient. Shower in the room - the floor of the shower tray I found quite slippy when wet, so I would recommend a shower mat for under foot, plus a bar for the wall, as there is nothing to hold onto

Location of this hotel is perfect for walking around Brussels centre, for getting anywhere else it is located right next to the metro station, so that is a great bonus for this hotel. It's a very comfortable hotel, our room was bright, airy and very clean.

Door to the hotel was heavy to open and stuck sometimes. Steps to the bar area.

It was a booking that I wasn't sure about and even though it was difficult to find at first once I was inside the hotel and staff were fantastic. I have already recommended it to others.

The brekfast offer should be offered more actively., e.g. like a package togerher with accommodation. There is no tap beer in the bar.

Very pleasant hotel, professional and friendly personnel. The room was spacy and Well equipped, including Nespresso coffee maker the bed was OK, not too soft. The only problém was a morning traffic on the street that was interfering the morning sleep
