Property is a little tired, though functional and clean.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious enough for the 2 of us. Beds were comfortable and parking was easy.

The shower in the apartment was cold, no hot water at all no matter how long you ran the tap! The cooker hob (gas) did not work at all and it could have done with a toaster even though there was a kettle. The lifts were very slow to close.

The apartment we got eventually was great and the views were spectacular and the facilites were good. Our dog certainly enjoyed it! Access to the beach and lagoon was good and to the nearest supermarket was good too. some information at reception would be good for places that are good to eat.

Trying to park is totally useless! Actually getting into the hotel car park is ridiculous, we had to phone reception 4 times to get them to open the gates. Reaction just kept putting phone down. !!!

Access to the hotel ( appreciate July...)was difficult, car park very over full and ended up parking on a side road 15 minutes walk away. Paid extra for Aircon, had to get maintenance to get it working. Turned ceiling fans on and got sprayed with clumps of dust.Room a bit tired but in fairness, staff were excellent and very helpful, bed linen good quality and good size, well equipped bathroom

The hotel is next to the beach. It's aparthotel with one living room, small kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. You have side beach view.The hotel is approx 3 min away from.the beach. The parking is great and is right in front of hotel. The receptionist was very friendly. La Manga is very beautiful place to visit. There' s open sea in one side of La Manga and sea "lake" on the other side. There is also a lighhouse at the beggining of La Manga that is worth to visit.

First room was unacceptable. Second room was good. Pool opening hours rather awkward, I like to swim before breakfast. Pool not heated. Meals in a completely different building 100m from the hotel. Hotel is NOT on the beach though restaurant is. Photos are in some cases not taken from the actual hotel and seem edited. Staff generally helpful. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again, knowing the issues...

We booked a room with easy access, but somehow Booking.com changed that to a normal room. The first room was dreadful. rotting window and door frames and a loose handrail on the balcony. Also on the 8th floor - my wife could not descend 8 floors by stairs in the event of an emergency. We complained, they showed us that Booking,com had indeed made a regular booking, but changed the room. The second room was excellent and we were happy. Food a bit variable at breakfast but OK.

Hotel is a bit dated - old decorations, difficult to open the door, low water pressure.

A few more facilities could have been open for a limited amount of time, for example the kitchen.

The size of the room and the comfortable beds were excellent. Very clean, but obviously not much of the hotel was open as it was in December.

The hotel needs a renovation

First of all, this is a 3-star hotel (that needs serious renovations) so one should be expecting a 3-star hotel. The rooms are normal, my main complaint would be about sound insulation. There is not a lot of space to put the clothing, but one can manage. Reserve a room with A/C (extra 6-7 € per day). There was also a kitchen where the gas jug was. The WC was fine Cleanliness is OK. I was there in end of August/end of September so there were no problems with parking.I have been told by other guests that in the high season, parking can be a problem. Tip: when you arrive by car, there is no entry to the hotel, you should go to the end of the parking up in the road. Not of lot of spots in the streets. Food: buffet/full board. Don't expect to have a buffet like you would have in a superior hotel. Although the choices were a bit limited, it is easy to find something to eat. Don't expect to have a lot of healthy options. Drinks are paid separately, and they are not exactly cheap. Pool is OK, it closes on lunch time and Sundays. The beach is just marvelous, real warm water, calm sea, not overcrowded and right in front of the hotel, so we didn't spend too much time in the pool. I do not recommend going to the beach in Mar Menor (the other side). There is a mini-golf park (golf clubs for a 10€ deposit) and a playground. There is also another restaurant in the hotel plaza, a bakery, and two-three small general stores. Pharmacy is nearby in the street. The hotel also borrows bicycles (10€ deposit) and you can go safely in a dedicated lane. There is tiny gym, we never went there. Wi-Fi works just fine, no charge. The staff is helpful. In conclusion: if you want to go to a place and enjoy the hotel, this is not perhaps a good choice. On the other hand, if you want to enjoy a nice beach and have a comfortable and non-expensive place to sleep and eat, I recommend you this hotel: you just have to adjust your expectations and what you want to do.
