Very comfortable, simple, ample and stylish hotel room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really well located in the city centre. Really a fantastic smaller hotel.

Our room was facing the main road and it was quite noisy in the evening from the cars. This can be expected being a central location, bring some ear plugs. Also some pillows could have been more firm, however I did not ask reception if there was any others available to use.

Very clean! The size of the room was great and the shower. Liked the bed side tables on both sides and comfy bed.

The only thing is that when the curtains are open the building opposite can see into your room (as there are no sheer curtains) but not that big of a deal :)

The location is perfect, close to the square and train station. The hotel is clean and modern and affordable, and they checked us in early. I will recommend this hotel to my friends who's planning to go to Belgium.

Half an hour after checking in, the fire alarm in the hotel started ringing loudly. I had to leave the hotel and wait a long time. It would be nice to be compensated in the form of breakfast or late check out. but no one said a word about the situation with the siren.

It doesn’t have smart TV’s so no Netflix etc, only cable TV. A little disappointing when it’s cold and wet outside and there is only 1 English speaking channel you can watch

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, super clean and very comfortable. A minibar/fridge would have been great and the hairdryer did not work in the room, but other than that this is a wonderful spot to stay in Brussels.

Perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room was bigger than we anticipated. Front desk was very helpful and we loved the free coffee and teas in the reception area. A perfect straight forward hotel for a city break.

Slow internet, very strong smell of chemicals used for cleaning the rooms, only one lift moving chaotically between floors, slippery shower floor, room phone that didn't work, noise from the street, request to provide credit card info as guarantee.

The breakfast logistic: it were a little confusing. The rooms were not quiet. We could hear all the street noises.

The position: from the hotel you can go almost everywhere by walking and easy to get from airport.

Found it hard to get right temp on shower (though managed eventually). Only one lift so a bit of a wait when busy.

Great little boutique, well located and sensibly priced. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. 24 Hour honesty bar a plus. Nice cold and hot breakfast buffet too.

There was only one fale during my stay. It was incredibly loud in the room. Noise from the street was so loud, as if a window was open all the time.

The place is generally nice and I had a pleasent stay. I was especially impressed by the person at the reception desk, who greeted me in my native language. And Apart from this was also helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was also fine (yet not exquisit).
