it was way too hot in the room (in April!), couldn't really sleep. AC was running, but no really cold air. Open windows didn't help, plus too much noise from the street. We were offered another room, but it seems to be the general building issue: in the corridors the temperature was close to sauna feeling, very hot downstairs, too.

The air conditioner was hard to regulate. It was warm in the hallways, and the first night was very warm in our room. We were upgraded to a different room, and that experience was much better. Street noise

The staff was friendly, accommodating, quick to respond, and resolve issues. They were helpful in getting a package mailed back to the United States, went above and beyond. Close to central station and metro.

Bathroom a bit tight for space and some shelving would be welcome. Decor is 'industrial chic' so no enclosed hanging space for clothes nor drawers for other items,(instead some stacking boxes). Bare brick wall on one side of room and some sort of workshop table at bed side.

Toilet was in a tight corner that didn’t leave much leg room. The room didn’t have AC so it was really hot at night. And the hallway was also super hot.

The room looked really nice and simple enough. I like the big mirror in the room. Staff were friendly. The hotel location was really great. 10-15mins walk to most of attractions and lots of restaurants around too.

I had 2 unexpected showers before figuring out the hand shower. The button next to the left bed did not cooerate.

Breakfast was good. I LOVED the small red pillows. The staff were kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the woman serving and preparing the breakfast room.

- It was very warm in the room (the heat is coming from the corridors somehow), I had opened the balcony door for 2+ hours in the evening plus slept with air conditioning on, but it was still too warm for me to rest properly - Breakfast was ok but nothing more, with weird seating which seemed more hostel-like to me

- Good location close to a main train station and just next to a metro station - Clean, spacious and minimalistic room with a nice balcony - Mostly soundproof windows (you notice the them being soundproof once you open the windows for a short time and hear buses, cars, ambulances, etc. passing the hotel quite often)

Excellent location - literally right over Central Station and a couple of minutes from the Grand Place. Very pleasant and helpful front-desk staff. Industrial-design lobby area and rooms were light, spacious, modernised and spotlessly clean. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it.

Breakfast is very poor. Water in shower from small douche was changing from hot to cold and back every 30 seconds (from big douche it was ok). Air conditioning wasn't cool enough and street is noisy when you open the window.

Good hotel in the central Brussels. Easy to travel to/from hotel - metro station is almost under the hotel, Brugge Central is 5 mins walk. Even with suitcases it was ok. Room itself is spacious and comfy, staff is helpful and they checked us in 2 hours before check in time for free (we were very surprised). They have a bar with free wine, coffee and tea in the lobby. Also they provide beer and Prosecco from fridge for additional price (5€ for 1 bottle of beer).

Only inconvenience: Noise street. But for us perfect because of the short distance between our hotel and the musea we wanted to vist.

Our specific room had an odd approach: once getting off the elevator you had to go down two steps and then back up two steps. Clumsy with bags.

Hotel is in a great location, very near the Central Station. Price is reasonable for downtown Brussels. The Grand Place is only a ten minute walk. Coffee maker, tea and a kettle were provided.
