Great facilities, clean and excellent location in the heart of the city. Spacious apartment which was ideal for a family of 4.

The surrounding streets are bit noisy during the night, but that's the price you pay if you want to be in any city centre.

Philippe is very kind and supportive. He did his best to accommodate all my requests and ensure i'm all safe and fine. I cannot imagine a better location than the one of this apartment, which is 3 min walking distance from Grand Place.

No AC, I forgot to check what comes with it, but they do come with a fan. The neighborhood is a bit loud at night (up until 3-4am)

The location is perfect. All the nice restaurants are just down there and some are just few walks. It's actually the perfect location for me since I love food. Also salking distance to the Grand Palace, Manneken Pis and lsome other tourist spots. The fact that the apartment has balcony which is so cool as well.

located near the Grand Place but I have to say I was put off by the approach and entrance to the apartment. I didn't think the apartment was going to be so nice. the owners are also very nice to deal with.

The entrance to the apartment block was dirty and neglected. The child upstairs screamed for 2+ hours both nights.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. The host sent really great and thorough instructions on how to get into the apartment. The apartment was clean!

Be aware that as there are bars downstairs that is rather noisy at night. If you are sensitive to the sound, it may be a problem. Also, there was a problem with heating the water in the shower, it was cold in the morning (we think it is something to do with the boiler).

Location, location location! It was very central, just few steps away from the central square. Downstairs are a lot of pubs, cafes so no need to go far away to have a great night. Apartment was clean, super comfy bed. Hosts were really helpful!

The path to the bathroom and toilet lays through the bedroom (private bathroom type). This type of room can only be convenient for couples, newlyweds and small families, but causes many problems if there is a group of friends or colleagues staying both in bedroom and living room, moreover if they are of different sex and age, because the bathroom cannot be used while there are people i side the bedroom. The design of the living room could also be changed to get more free space (eg. the change of position or the placement of the sofa bed could help to achieve this).

The location of the apartment was great , just 2 minutes walk to Grand Place, Place de Brouckere and famous shopping street Rue se Neuve. The hosts were very responsive and attentive, each of our requests was solved in few minutes. The room was quite clean as well and the accomodation in overall seemed very safe due to the security measures (door with e-keys and security code panel, camera on the floor, etc.)

The location was superb, a 1 minute walk away from the Grand Place, and a short walk to every other attraction! Although in a busy area, it was absolutely quite. Very comfortable beds with a lot of space, even with our own kitchen and living room which we enjoyed taking a break and having a drink after a long day of walking. The balcony/terrace was a lovely surprise with a lovely view of the cathedral and the grand place. Felt very safe due to two security gates, with the main centre gate closing at 10pm so no drunks about! Highly recommend!!

Nothing to complain about. Although others have mentioned the entrance to property is within a small shopping centre with mostly nail shops, we found this added to the security of the property. Made us feel extra safe.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, tidy and spacious. Is in the heart of all the shops restaurants and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Amazing helpful hosts. Accommodated is for an extra two nights when we had to come earlier. No stress for us. Highly recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of Brussels and especially as the accommodation has a lift. 😊
