There was no lock on the toilet door (it was sliding door). Breakfast in hotel's cafe is kinda expensive. Can't say that it worth it's value, but I'm spoiled by Turkish and Asian breakfasts.

The room was newly renovated in loft style. Plumbing fixtures were clean, new and comfortable. Really good if you just need a place to rest after long day in the city. No TV. Consider it as a huge advantage. Hate TVs - totally useless thing which consumes precious space in tiny hotel room.

the check-in machine refused some of our credit cards for no reasons, but thankfully my friend had one which worked. Some (not all!) of the staff could be a bit friendlier

we were 3 people in a room of 4 so we had a lot of space, the bathroom was very big and modern, the beds were confortable, the check out is at 12 so you can sleep late, the bedroom was also ready very early in the day which was great

Clean, very convenient and comfortable. Spacious shower place, big bed, everything needed in the room in great condition. Was possible to fix the temperature inside the room - a big advantage. The location is great, very central but calm at the same time. The common areas are really nice, good cafe with friendly ladies working there. We loved it!

The room for 2 guests is so big and the bathroom is very clean. It also has a good location near the tourist spots and the central public transportation. It is very tourist-friendly accommodation with kiosk for online check in and out.

We really appreciate the staff for letting us check in earlier. Our plane arrived in the morning, during the 10 hours flight, we were exhausted, thanks to lovely and kindly staff let us check in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay! We noticed the dirty walls right away, especially the MANY greasy hand prints above the head of the bed on the wall (ew) - please wipe this!! Also some stains above the sink. Aside from this everything was clean, although we did an extra wipe because of seeing those hand prints... We had a room next to elevator 601, a great room with the best views of the hotel I am sure but there was an electrical buzzing sound especially when the elevator was used. Now, most folks won't notice this, but I did. The use of earbuds eliminated the sounds so don't forget to bring them. About a 15 min walk with luggage from the train station Centraal Station.

Great hotel, with a nice millennial vibe, Baggage storage was great. Nice staff, excellent layout in a central location. We had the balcony room, which is on the roof (5th floor). Great views from 601. Super comfy bed. Great spacious layout of the room. We would happily stay again!
