Close to central station and away from city center so there is no noise. Love the room size, the check in was smooth and everything was clean. I only stayed for 1 day. There is cafe at the lobby, and super convenient

Not that I did not like, but the breakfast "way off" could be a bit more explained. The room is a bit narrow for the activity and short staffed at pick time. Maybe I missed the guidelines but I had no idea where to start and how to do. This is meant to be constructive 😊 In the room if possible a bit more water pressure for the shower 😉

I really enjoyed my stay at Citybox, it’s very comfortable, clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and granted my request for late check out due to an important meeting I had. I would recommend this place to a friend and I will be staying again!

Overall, good experience, I'm absolutely fine with concept of cost effectiveness by no cleaning, no TV in the room, self-registration etc, but for such amount and level of service, the rate per night is overpriced from my point of view. Everything would be great if lower price.

Perfect location to train/bus station and all tourist attractions. Good breakfast in the cafe on the ground floor. The room was clean and quiet, but there was a periodic loud noise in air condition, which disturbed sleeping at night. Also there is quite a bright green light of alarm on the ceiling, which was lighting directly into eyes too brightly at night, which was very annoying while sleeping. Great idea with guests' kitchen, where you can keep your food and have dinner/lunch.

The room was pretty dark because of the tiny windows and the shower was missing a silicone piece of lining under the “door” so water got everywhere on the bathroom floor.

Clean, quiet room, the bed was VERY comfortable <3 The common area downstairs was also very nice and clean.

Easy check-in / check-out using the terminals in the entrance. Large room. High ceiling. Good, clean bathroom. Common kitchen with some utensils, water boiler, refrigerator. Close to the train station and flixbus station. Not far from tourist attractions. Warm staff.

Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

We loved location of the hotel, which is very close to the train station and right in the city center. The self check-in was convenient, and the extensive common area and patio were impressive. Having access to a kitchen with a refrigerator and food vending machines. We also enjoyed the entertainment options, particularly the ping pong table. The mattress was very large and comfortable.

The toilet door in our room was a barn door that didn't fully close between door and wall which resulted in the toilet sounds being heard in the room as well. If you are travelling with other people you might need to come up with an additional "sound system" for more privacy...

Cannot complain, everything was great!

Citybox never disappoints you. I has everything a traveler needs. Compared to other citybox, this one had spacious room. Very comfortable bed as always and bathrooms. There was café next to reception, offering great coffee and many breakfast options.

This is a hotel that appeals to me in all ways, I love the atmosphere, setting interior, hospitality, everything about it...it will always be my most favored & favorite hotel when visiting Antwetp.. I consider it the best & only hotel choice for me.

It was clean and the location is very convenient. The breakfast is not included but I quite like the options they have - both Dutch and typical breakfast items
