Difficult to find a plug in my room to recharge my phone plus all local restaurants were shut on the evening of my stay so I was not able to have an evening meal.

Guests very noisy and never slepped Talking on mobile phones all night in rooms and corridor no consideration for other guests. Very basic hostel type hotel. My room carpet was stained under sink.

It is ok accomodation if you really dont have anywhere else to stay in Charleroi. It is in middle of nowhere and there is absolutely nothing around expect one small store which is crazy expensive. I advise to buy something in the city. Room was clean but is highly over priced for this type of stay. Toilets and showers are working but they are like on some bus station or stadium. Nearest tram station is 25 min walking and extra 25 with tram to train station. There is no any connection to the airport.

Nothing to like here. It is room to sleep and run away as soon as you can. Staff was friendly but they cant speak english at all.

We didn't have the best experience with the hotel stuff in terms of sending us a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The hotel stuff said they will send the taxi to the airport, but apparently there were not free taxis at that moment, but they didn't inform us about that, so we just sat like idiots waiting for more than an hour in a petrol station at the airport late at night. Finally, we asked the petrol station stuff to get us a taxi and got to the hotel very late.

The price was fair for that simple room, nothing fancy, just a place to sleep before a flight.

The location and the extremely limited public transport was the only putting off factor specially in a place where not everyone speaks English .

I perhaps might have missed this when booking but the toilet is separate to the room. So during the night you need to leave to use the toilet - but it’s value for money I suppose!!

was very cheap - train station a small walk away and bus stop right outside. 24/7 desk made it easy for checkin and staff were happy to help booking taxi.

It's noisy and there were weird men at the different floors so as a woman I was a little worried. Also, the walls are paper thin so I could hear the people next door as if we were together in the same room

Location is inconvenience.

Good for the price , but if your flight arrival or departure at late night or early morning you have to get a taxi. Staff help us to book a taxi at 12€. Clean and good for the price

The smell throughout the hotel. The sanitary units are clean, but the smell can be felt even in the room.

Good place for a short stay near the airport. It's convenient that it's possible to check-in very late and check-out very early.

The shower - no ensuites so it's shared. There was not a proper shower head, just a hole in the wall, making it difficult to wash hair etc. Also we were told at the desk upon check-in that we didn't pay in advance, which was not true. We had to prove that we had by showing bank statement and payment confirmation etc, which satisfied the staff.

Considering the price, it was very good. Quite simple, but clean and comfortable.
