The fact that it was loud whole night and I slept 2 hours. Somebody was making party and afterwards in the room next to me other person had a bussines meeting. I could clearly hear person who was online.

We booked the hotel on the road and it exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and facilities. The hotel has a dedicated park right in front for an acceptable price. The crew was very welcoming and helpful. We we assigned 2 rooms in upper floors, very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with a coffee machine inside (perfect for the nice morning start). The spa was also available late so we could relax and enjoy. We recommend this hotel.

Hotel is good for people traveling by the car as it is straights next to the highway. For travelers who would like to visit City Center probably not the best location.

One of the employees of Anna restaurant was a little bit without patience and forget one of our orders. The room was close the lift and we can hear everything.

Most of the staff very friendly and always with the smile. We would to mention specially one of the housekeeping was doing cleaning of comuns areas, we really apologize for not know her name, but she make the difference because I was sitting close by the pool area waiting for my boyfriend and she simply asked if everything is okay, sometimes a simply question can make the stay very pleasant because I felt she wants to make sure i'm good.

AC does not function on cold setting so it can hot but if you open the window you can hear the noise of cars from the roads just outside the hotel

The room I stayed in was not soundproof and I could here the traffic on the motorway throughout the night making it very difficult to sleep. I ordered a Caesar salad at the restaurant and the chicken was pink raw.

Hotel room was clean, but somewhat on the small side in size.

The hotel location near the highway was good; no nuisance from traffic noise. Taxi from hotel to the center was on the expensive side considering the distance was not far. Good breakfast in the morning.

One night our room was open ...rooms service should be improved. 3 days no tissues and bed in 1 week no change of linnen.

On our last day we couldn't use the sauna. It was not mentioned to us. I hope next time we could.

We had an amazing room at the 10th floor. the room is clean and not so small as expected(due to other reviews). The room has the best hairdryer I have ever used in hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast buffet was average. I had a better breakfast buffet for the price but the service was amazing. We loved the wellness options too.

The smell in the corridor is unpleasant. The queen bed consists of two twin beds which do not stay together. There is always a gap in between.

Room size is decent.
