Bathroom was a wet room, which was fine, but needed something to dry floor after shower was used. WiFi was poor and had to sit in the corridor to use it. Breakfast a little lacking, even just some cereal and fruit juice would have helped a lot. If arriving by train get a taxi, only 6 Lev and worth it; it's a long walk and uphill!

Staff were very helpful. Park was close by and a large supermarket on the corner.

Nothing to be annoyed of but some improvements can be made regarding the windows.

The room was good value for the money and the are where the hotel is located is good. Parking is right in front of the hotel entrance. The staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast was the same every morning, I think they reused the salami from the day before. Only the omlette was fresh We had to pay for the water and the second cup of coffee during breakfast Toilet paper was not enough, I had to ask at the reception We were prepared to use the swimming pool but it wasn't open, the water was too cold to be used The shower was open-space, after you took a shower all the bathroom was flooded Too expensive for what you get The mattress was used and had the shape of the previous people who slept (really??) there Only some of the staff spoke English

It was a maze to get to the room. Only half of the curtains were there, so we had to improvise to cover the window with the bed coverture. Hairs on the towels. The toilet seat did not stand up. Water pools on the floor in the bathroom when you bath. Noice from everywhere - the corridor, the neighbors. Giant GSM tower right at your window. And it was expensive - even if all those problems weren't there! Expired fake honey for breakfast - not that the rest of it was something to write about, with the nasty ham and cheese. And it did not come with drinks, or at least none were offered to us.

The bad wasn’t that comfortable and the bathroom doesn’t have a closed shower..everything around gets wet. Breakfast it’s nothing exceptional but ok for a quick bite. For more nights I don’t think it’s the best but for 1-2 nights it’s fine.

Ratio quality price was good. Clean room and great check out (12:00). We stayed only for one night and it was what we needed

nothing the girl from the entrance didn t know English, not a little bit, she didn’t let us to go to pool because there were other people and she told this after we changed our clothes food is like a meal student when you are broke, 2 euro maximum and you can buy something better from somewhere else room was not so clean

Filled with refugees. It was far away from the train station. There was no duvet cover. Smelly corridor. Breakfast was served across the road at a bar, which was underwhelming.

It was cold, the main heating was stopped (I guess because they didn’t have many guests at this time of the year). The AC wasn’t enough to make the room temperature acceptable. Also it was super noisy - every time a car on the street accelereted or a neighbouring room used the toilet or the shower it was loud and clear.

This hotel is straight out of a horror film. And I’m talking 80’s b-horror. And that’s not just because of the blood splatters on the wall in my room… To begin with, upon booking I was asked if I wanted a double or a twin room. I picked double, but got twin with the explanation that they don’t actually have double rooms, at all. I paid for breakfast with my stay - nobody even mentioned when or where breakfast was so I didn’t get breakfast. The room advertises cable internet - no such was found in my room, and there was no WiFi either. Air conditioning didn’t work - turned on at 18°C on the cooling setting the room was hotter than outside. It was a difficult choice - should I be unable to fall asleep because of the heat, or open the balcony door so I’d be unable to sleep because of the noise. The room was dirty, there were spider webs pretty much everywhere and the toilet was nasty. The balcony was extremely dirty too, obviously not cleaned in ages. And to add insult to injury, there were some exposed wires right next to the bed - I guess that’s so it can kill you in the unlikely event the room’s interior doesn’t get you depressed enough to off yourself.

Literally, nothing. The only good thing about my stay was that it was one night only.

We found bugs in the bathroom The room was cleaned superficially Furniture was old, dusty, smelly Breakfast was awful. Omlette was uncooked, butter was melted, the jam was poor quality In my opinion the hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars!

I got shown the pool and spa on arrival. A few days into the stay a bus load of kids just happened to arrive and go in the (quite small) pool. At the end of my stay there was suddenly a sign in English on the window of the sauna, saying how it wasn't free and it costs 10 levs an hour, and you have to ask at reception, after watching me go in every day. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. One morning I waited half an hour to be served. Another morning I was directed to sit in another bar for breakfast. There were stuffed animals such as a wolf or dog snarling, and a boars head on the wall. The breakfast that morning tasted off, and there was what looked like raw strips of bacon. It was as if I had awoken in hell.

The pool and spa was the best thing about the stay, apart from the day a bus load of kids arrived. The room was quite clean. The local pigeons on the terrace were pretty friendly. Lidl and another large supermarket are close by.
