We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We got a spacy and tidy room. The environment is noiseless, despite the very close airport runway. The parking area is conveniently wide. Very professional personnel at the reception.

United KingdomThis is outwith the hotels control but the taxis at south brussels airport are a nightmare and some refused to take me and my daughter to the hotel. In the end we walked to a security gate to find the hotel and were let out by a staff member who took pity on our situation. I hated the location though. Again, it's down to the airport more than anything but there's just no way you can walk to the terminal from this hotel. The location is the main problem, but once again, it is what it is. Rubbish TV in the hotel as we were stuck there for a full day.
I really liked the staff, they were fantastic and went out of their way to accomodate myself and my daughter! The shower was, in all honestly, better than I expected too. And the food was nice on the day I went. The beer at the reception was 5/5 I want to also give Angel a shoutout as well, he was magnificent on the day and was great giving me coffee and biscuits for my room as I was not sleeping due to the early wake up!

PolandThe hotel is very close to airport terminals 1 and 2 (ca. 800 m), which suggests that it is within walking distance. It would be a great advantage if a traveler could walk from the airport to the hotel. However, .... it is very difficult to go there on foot. The direct ans shortest walkway is crossed by fences. After 30 minutes of searching od an alternative I ... took a taxi which was 15 EUR. Next day the same 15 EUR as return fee. Thus, please add 30 EUR to the room rate. It would be nice if the hotel provided an instruction how to walk.

RomaniaIt is hard to reach the airport or go to the airport. Even if it is so close to the airport if you want to walk you usually should go around the airport and walk for around 40 minuted. So the easiest way is to go by taxi.

Spainit’s very hard to walk to from the airport, you have to go through a bus entry gate to get to it, there are no shops there and you either use an extortionate restaurant or mega expensive Twix and potato chips from the machine or as suggested use Uber eats. not for business travelers or people without cars unless you don’t mind paying the shuttle fee of 15 euros
