The cooking facilities are still a bit basic, the price has gone up quite a bit and an error was made when we were asked for an additional 16 euros for tourist tax.

Been here multiple times for the Spa Classic weekend and it seems to improve a little every time. This time everything worked and we were warm and comfortable.

Dirty house (shower, carpets, windows looked like they haven't been clean). Fridge was falling apart (literally). One bed smelled like vomit! The rest was ok - facilities of the park, location and personel staff. It was just a dirty place. Bleh.😔

The location was just superb. A great getaway since you have the stream by your cottage and the whole area is extremely kids friendly. The whole atmosphere is amazing for people looking to get away from the city hustle bustle.

-Very crowded on weekends, some enforcement of rules is needed (f.e. unleashed dogs wandering around the camp, noisy party-doers, etc.)

Nice surroundings, one can spend whole day in the domain itself - tennis, mini-golf, swimming pool, petanque, basketball courts, fishing zones, etc.

Reception closes very early

The position and number of activities you can do around as well as in the camping, the camping itself with the river close by. Also bungalows are nice, clean and very well equipped

Our accommodation was very close to the road. For me it was too noisy so I had to use earplugs. Our 5-person bungalow seemed to be longing for renovation; especially the bathroom.

The swimming pool and the adjacent bar were a nice combo. It was very hot so our children could play in the swimming pool while their parents were sitting in the bar outside. I suppose we were very lucky with the weather. The service in the bar was quite quick and the kitchen was flexible allowing us to order dishes from the evening's carte. Nothing to complain about. The 5-person bungalow was quite specious.

- This is the most uncomfortable place I have ever been. - The bed is really short, I am 1m78, but my feet cannot stay on the bed. - The room is extremely cold, the heater doesn't work properly. In April, I need to wear an extra base layer while sleeping. - The wall is thin, it feels like the car is driving next to you during the night. - No wifi at all, no plug in the bed room. Do not recommend, I regularly go to Belgium for holiday or work. This place is the worst I have been to. Do not stay if other spaces are available.

The location is good, near by Stavelot tourist area, close to famous climb if you have cycling holiday. The environment is really good. Easy parking. Reception is friendly and efficient.

Facilities were very outdated, very dirty apartments, not even sure if someone is cleaning it before the guests. The noice and fireworks were forbidden arround New Year’s Eve , that’s why I went there with my traumatised dog but it seemed that nobody is keeping that under control ,so there were fireworks there which made it very unpleasant for us .

Location was perfect for walks with the dog.

There is no room cleaning service, you have to clean the room yourself and “enjoy” lack of cleaning by the previous guests. It could be OK if you are at a camping for 30€, but it’s totally unacceptable when you pay 200€. Also the bedware is not provided, you can get it if you pay extra.

Climbing to the room was difficult and I fell .. As we were a large family and we had children, they gave us rooms at the top of the mountain and needed climbing. When we asked them about the reason for giving us this room, they said that your request is that the rooms be adjacent

The site in general is beautiful and quiet, and the girl on the reception was very friendly
