The heating was not working and they weren’t able to fix it the same day.

The location is great, 15 min walk from the city center, breakfast was amazing many options and dishes, staff was great, attentive and friendly, we appreciate the warm chocolate cookie in arrival.

We liked the concept of zero plastic waste that was possible thanks to all the drinkable fountains available at each floor. The stuff was incredibly cordial and available and the place was totally clean. We also tried the restaurant on the ground floor and it was quite nice and classy.

The breakfast could be more complete with avocado and smoked salmon for example. The location is a little bit too small compared to the number of customers.

The saunas. They are dividet for man an women, so me and my girlfriend had to 'break the law' in men's saunas together.

The beautiful ambient, nice staff and a good location to explore the centre of Brussels by foot.

Bathroom is tight and didn’t know there is a water fountain and microwave on floor until our 3rd day.

Property location is excellent, very close to shopping district and Grand Place without the crowds. Room size and breakfast is good. Staff is helpful.

Luck of daylight in our room. Breakfast wasn’t any special

We had large specious room for our family. Plenty of towels available. Very comfortable beds and quite at night. Small safe to use and unlimited drinking water available from water points along corridors where something new to us. Hotel lobby was nice with lovely bar.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. I arrived at 0900 although my check-in was not until 1500. They had a room available and immediately took care of me! This hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveler, it was very nice and peaceful. Every time I went down to ask a question, the staff were always there ready and willing to assist me. I needed power adapters and they handed me a box to take what I needed for my stay. I can't stress enough how awesome the staff and vibe was there. The location was also great, the hotel sits in a location right next to the shopping strip that offers a plethora of stores and markets for you to enjoy.

The back door going to parking lot was broken and we need to walk around to reach the parking..

Beautiful Hotel, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, fantastic shower the room was spotless, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was great, short walk to main shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again when we are in Brussels. Loved everything.😍

The check-in was at 3 p.m but we arrived at 11 a.m and they gave as a bedroom 🥹. The bedroom was warm with air conditioning and the beds were very comfortable. Moreover, the room had a coffee machine and they gave us some homemade cookies, tea and coffee. In the room, there were two empty bottles of water to fill in a machine next to our room as many times as you wanted. Furthermore, the hotel was near the Rogier station so it was very well connected.

Be warned that North Station, which is the nearest public transport link to the hotel and very convenient for the airport is also VERY dodgy. Wouldn’t recommend arriving that way as we did on a Friday night. However, once at the hotel, it felt safe and easy to walk from and access Metro and trams.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. We didn’t get the chance to try all the facilities but the bar/restaurant was relaxed and welcoming. Handy for the airport.
