There is no minibar fridge and kettle or coffee mugs in the room. This is quite inconvenient for us as we have young kids who like to drink their warm milk before their night sleep. Although the staff are very helpful and said they will warm up the milk in the microwave for us, but a kettle in the room will be practical! Breakfast is quite normal with limited option of warm food… perhaps just scrambled eggs and sausages?

Staff are extremely friendly and nice. There is a small playground right outside our rooms which is good for family with young kids like ours. Coffee at breakfast was good.

The fact that they only had a sauna and no other spa facilities. Room service is for +7€ and you have to pay 4€ for parking per day. No fridge, no coffee machine or water kettle in the room and no free drinking water in the hotel. They have a vending machine and a coffee machine downstairs where you can buy drinks/food you need. We stayed one week and For 190€ per night, I think we earned at least one free hot drink / or refreshment in the evening/ afternoon!!!!

The room was very modern, the shower was excellent with brand new shower door and other shower components. Our room had a nice view , a balcony and also a sofa and a corner table which was great for work. The staff was welcoming and we got everything we needed. There was a minor issue with the e-charging but it was resolved during the checkout.

When we arrived at the hotel we received permission to park in front of the hotel, we were not told that parking costs money. There is a coffee machine in the lobby but it is for a fee.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center. Near the hotel there is a small stream where you can walk. The room included another floor where the bed was and another bathroom. The breakfast is reasonable.

Noise isolation is poor. I was woken up by neighbors at 4 am, who were loudly stomping and slamming doors.

Lack of telephone in the room (it is a safety issue) The spa floor is very slippery and the bottled water always empty. It needs to be addressed if you want guests to rehydrate and feel fine after a Finnish sauna at 85º C!

Staff was super proactive, human and corteous. Overall very nice welcome and smooth handling of guest requests. The spa corner is super clean and a very nice add to the hotel. International breakfast is well presented and full of all the necessary goods to start the day happily. Table personnel always present and happy to serve.

The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms and shower are great. We had dinner at the restaurant from the hotel itself and dinner was really good, definitely a recommendation.

The restaurant was closed every day. That was the primary issue, but I understand things happen.

Breakfast, shower, room looks were all good. I appreciated their attention and cleanliness on each day. The location was alos nice, near the river in the center of town. Though the restaurant in the evening was closed the breakfast was very nice.

The only problem is that the bells of the close church ring too frequently during the night and there is a sort of bells-wake up at 6 am....this is unbelievable.

The message we got from the hotel the day before said the restaurant is open until 10pm. We arrived hungry exactly at 9 pm and were told the restaurant was already closed. At 4 star hotel you might also expect the gym/fitness area , however not at this one.

We had to move as the first room was ground floor on at the first two days busy street. Room we moved was great unfortunately the light didn’t work, moved to the third room which was available. This room was only partial renovated ( bad room old ), and in the older part of the hotel. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful on the positive site.

Extrem friendly staff. The have nice clean renovated rooms. You need to know the numbers and select at reservation for a second visit if you like.
