Water works marked two of the three days of our stay, where we were advised that water could not be used between 10am and 5pm. In actual fact, we still had running water until at least 12.00, but nevertheless we were forced to alter our schedule somewhat by having showers earlier than we otherwise necessarily would have. Also, breakfast ending at 9.30am is a bit too early. Also, certain expected amenities had to be asked for (toothbrush, comb, etc.), and no slippers were provided in the room. Finally, certain information such as breakfast and check-out times was no where to be found written inside the room itself.

Great location, and very friendly and accommodating staff. As a Genius member, I was eligible for a free room upgrade, but instead I asked management to provide us with free breakfast instead of this room upgrade. And they were happy to comply! I realise that this is not a request that they would usually accommodate, which is all the more reason why I appreciate the flexibility of the staff. They are also serving delicious welcome cookies at the reception.

The staff misguided me for going to the train station and I had to take a taxi to the station, then I found out the same train was also crossing the train station which was 10 min. to the hotel by walk.

What I have loved the most about staying at DoubleTree Hilton was for sure the comfortable bed, the fact that I have done an earlier check-in, and of course, the cookie I received at the arrival! The room was clean, and with the right temperature for this winter season.

The location is great, 15 min walk from the city center, breakfast was amazing many options and dishes, staff was great, attentive and friendly, we appreciate the warm chocolate cookie in arrival.

We liked the concept of zero plastic waste that was possible thanks to all the drinkable fountains available at each floor. The stuff was incredibly cordial and available and the place was totally clean. We also tried the restaurant on the ground floor and it was quite nice and classy.

The breakfast could be more complete with avocado and smoked salmon for example. The location is a little bit too small compared to the number of customers.

The saunas. They are dividet for man an women, so me and my girlfriend had to 'break the law' in men's saunas together.

Bathroom is tight and didn’t know there is a water fountain and microwave on floor until our 3rd day.

We had large specious room for our family. Plenty of towels available. Very comfortable beds and quite at night. Small safe to use and unlimited drinking water available from water points along corridors where something new to us. Hotel lobby was nice with lovely bar.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. I arrived at 0900 although my check-in was not until 1500. They had a room available and immediately took care of me! This hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveler, it was very nice and peaceful. Every time I went down to ask a question, the staff were always there ready and willing to assist me. I needed power adapters and they handed me a box to take what I needed for my stay. I can't stress enough how awesome the staff and vibe was there. The location was also great, the hotel sits in a location right next to the shopping strip that offers a plethora of stores and markets for you to enjoy.

Beautiful Hotel, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, fantastic shower the room was spotless, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was great, short walk to main shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again when we are in Brussels. Loved everything.😍
