We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Was the perfect stay for Tomorrowland! Everyone was so kind and considerate and went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. It was great to have daily drop off and pick up to Tomorrowland and not have to worry about the logistics. They also arranged the airport pickup from ANR, did my laundry within 24 hours and even gave me late checkout. The hotel is located in a quiet area which was a nice break from all the chaos at the festival. Breakfast was amazing with fresh squeezed oranges and eggs made to order! Dinner was very impressed as well and seemed like it was prepared with lot of care. I loved my four days at Essenza and would love to come back!

location is very quiet and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. The room had a mini fridge which was very nice to cool our drinks.

NorwayThe bed and pillow was a bit to hard. Long to walk from Tomorrowland to pick-up point for shuttle bus (approximately 2.5 km). That is alot after dancing for 12 hours. Air conditioner makes a lot of noise (Deluxe Suite).
Close to Tomorrowland (approximately 10 km). Really friendly staff and owner (Sven). Felt like "home". Nice breakfast (eggs and bacon every day if you want). Possible to get a shuttle bus from the hotel to Tomorrowland and back again. Super friendly driver (Julien)! The price was 25 EUR per person each way. Julien can also pick you up at the Airport and drvie you to the airport (70 EUR). He even eccorts you into the airport. Showing the way. Possible to rent bikes as well (15 EUR per person per day). Good bikes (not an electric bike).
