1. They forgot to turn on the electricity on day 1. 2. We were 2 families and had asked for 2 cottages next to each other.. but they forgot to read our message and hence we ended with long wait and not exactly next to each other

The rooms upstairs were too warm during the night even with the windows open. Would of loved if it was much more cooler as downstairs. Maybe moving AC closer to the stairs would be ideal. I would also like if there were window mesh so that there wouldn’t be so many insects! One main problem we had was when we would take a showed. We couldn’t take a shower for more than 1 minute without the water turning cold. Only one person could shower per day with warm water.

The property was very cozy and neat. A perfect property for a family. We had a lovely time creating many memories.

- the bungalow was really unclean - the mattress are awful. Really cheap mattress which doesn’t fit the luxury look of the bungalow - shower booth is tiny

the service was pretty poor. the restaurant was empty but every time we asked they mentioned fully booked. bathroom keys door lock were missing we asked several times but they mentioned the maintenance guy was on holiday so could not fix

air conditioning only downstairs so upstairs gets so hot, the windows can’t be kept open as the mosquitoes from the lake come in. no clothes washing facilities anywhere on site.

Toileteries provided are very limited. In fact they only provide those stuffs which can keep the place clean such as dishwasher tablets, cleaning clothes etc. But for instance they provided just 1 toilet paper roll. Remember we had booked a villa for 2 nights and there were 4 adults. The place had 2 toilets and still 1 toilet paper??!! Upon asking they say we have to collect it from the supermarket which is like 5kms away! For the money you take (with no breakfast and dinner), this is the least you can do! Not to mention, you dont even provide shampoo or shower gels??? I wonder whether large famolies visiting the place have the same issues?

Great location cuddles up perfectly to the lake. Great areas to walk,hike or just bike trips. The place does have a restaurant with access via reservation only although we didnt try it. There is a place for snacks and drinks. In espace you could try kayaking and other fun activities.

Everything is good except at the check-inn they told me to get a invoice after your stay. They will send it by email. I was there for work so I need an invoice. Now one week later still got nothing. That should be Faster!

Very nice location and very nice houses. Warm water didn't work and they came right away to fix it. Cleanness was good and the beds were good :)

The surrounding houses and green area weren’t completed yet. There wasn’t a lot of atmosphere. Maybe in Summer it will be ready and everything will look different

There is a welcome pack available for Villa visitors but soap and shampoo is not available there. You can't purchase it onsite as well.

Good location, lots of cycle and walking trails nearby. Small Villa is well equipped with appliances and fits well for comfortable stay of 2 adults and 2 kids.

The local supermarket looks a bit shaby. A true Bakery would be nice too.

The location was great to disconnect from the daily life / work. Enough activites are availabe to not get bored.

The tablets for the dishwasher were not of the best quality - we had to re-wash everything manually. When we bought better tablets, the problem was gone and the dishes were clean again. A couple of extra towels for the kitchen would also be a plus. Everything else was functioning properly.

We had a wonderful stay at the New Year time. There are dozens of holiday cottages in the area but nevertheless the area is very quiet and doesn't feel overpacked. The house was very bright and rather well equipped. The house has a nice terrace - we even had an opportunity to spend a morning there as the temperatures were mild in December. We found it to be a great place to spend a weekend or so. The lakes are beautiful and you can go for a nice walk around. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to visit SPA-centre, but I am sure it should be also an amazing experience.

an airco system for heating in the winter period is far from ideal - you have to turn on the airco at full force at 26 degrees to feel slightly warm. should’ve gone for a central heating system instead.

The sauna on the terrace is a bit weird, not really a 'private' feel. The sofa and the table in the ground floor were damaged, for this price level I would expect decent furniture. There are temporary parking spaces for people to load/unload the car, but these were permanently occupied, which meant we had to walk very far with the luggage

Very nice location in the Ardennes. The park is easy to find and the houses put in a nice setting. The property was large enough for a family of 4. (we took the villa for up to 6 ppl with 3 bedrooms). The property is well equipped and has a nice and cosy terrace.
