My new husband and I stayed for three nights as part of our honeymoon and we were blown away by the exceptional beauty of the hotel and the service we received throughout. It is so central while also feeling tucked away from the busy areas. The hotel is so beautifully decorated and elegant. Every member of staff from check-in to check-out was excellent - they couldn’t do enough for us to make our honeymoon special. We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful stay!

As we travel as a family with kids, we would prefer interconnecting rooms, but there are no in the hotel, so we were provided with rooms just opposite to one another. We stayed one night and it was ok for us.

We definitely liked the location (on a quite street but just a minute away from the main market square) and the hotel itself is very beautiful and renovated, although located in a historic building. Breakfast was lovely, included everything one may need: eggs, fruits, cheeses, pastry etc. I would specifically thank the personnel. All of the them were very polite and helpful. We've left a personal item in the room and the personnel helped us with delivery in a very short time. Thank you and good luck!

Because it’s in the city center we were awakened by people celebrating in the street all hours of the night. The bed mattress was not comfortable for a relais châteaux. Need a comfortable area to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The property is beautiful and located in the city center. The staff was exceptional especially the gentleman that assisted with breakfast.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, great restaurant. Well located in centre of Bruges. Wonderful rooms, comfortable beds, lots of unexpected extras in rooms which was a lovely surprise.

Instead of big bed, they put two single beds together with a queen size mattress on top which make it really uncomfortable to sleep. Room temperature a bit hot

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is awesome. Location was perfect, just a few steps from city center in a quiet road. The room is quite small, but it is ok for Europe standards. They offer all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, and everything worked fine.

We weren’t able to enjoy the restaurant since it was fully booked for our stay, which was unfortunate, but expected as it was over the holidays.

This hotel is amazing, the location, the decor, the staff and service is amazing. Rooms are fairly quaint, but the amenities are wonderful. Highly recommend for a couple staying here and getting the “Brugge” experience.

The rooms are small and there is not a lot of room . Little less "stuff" all over would be better. The bar service was a little lax. We were told that we couldn't have a mixed drink because they were too busy in the restaurant!

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was beautiful and had everything you could need in it. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit and we could walk everywhere. The breakfast was in a class of its own. The best breakfast we have had in the whole world. They just kept bringing little extra dishes that the chef had prepared and the quality was something else. Even offering glasses of champagne. We all had a spa treatment, which was wonderful and good value. All the staff were excellent and made our stay a very special one, creating memories that we stay with us for a very long time. The staff just couldn’t do enough for you, even parking our car on arrival to giving us water and a little jar of mints for our journey home. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Better amenities in bathroom. The shampoo is brutal on long hair especially since there is no separate conditioner. I had to go out and buy conditioner so I could comb through my hair! Other than that everything was great.

my only criticism is you had to be in the shower to turn it on. the first time it had been left on freezing cold the next morning it has been left on boiling hot. obviously left like this after cleaning the room
