The room was clean and nice. It was rather small but we did knew this in advance. The parking was small but convenient. overal a good experience.

No bar. Nothink to order for eating or drinking when late check-in. Small bathroom. No conditioner. There is no fitnest room, just 2 running trailers in the corner. Room where I lived needed to renovate. Description on booking.com not accurate l. They don't have a bar. There is room for breakfast only. During breakfast, there are no vegetables at all.

Good location near Stadium, Park. Trainstation bus stations tramway.

Room and bathroom were very small and did not have any shelves. They didn’t let me check in before exactly 14:00 (I arrived at 13:15) although it seemed that the room was ready and the guy at the reception wasn’t very welcoming. The guy that was there in the evening on the same day was super helpful and nice. It takes about 30min to the city centre.

The room was clean, towels were changed every day, bed was decent, there’s a bus stop in front and a metro stop few walking minutes away.

The door is opened and locked with a card. However, the additional lock on the door from inside is totally useless. Anyone with a card can enter. The cards regularly stop working. They don’t ask for any credentials at reception and if you say: my card doesn’t work they just ask to which room. And they set the card, no questions asked. It’s pretty unsettling to sleep in there. I’ve never had negative encounters but just wanted to mention. The rooms are very very small.

The location is ok for my work. I’ve stayed there many times simply because of the location but that’s all.

No air conditioning in the room, no fridge, no ceiling light in the room, only bed lamps. When showering, water goes out since the shower doors cannot be closed properly. Sometimes you need to wait too long for hot water to arrive.

good price performance ratio, part of best western group (if you are used to the standard of BW you like it). Located close to the Atomium and stadion. If you want to go into the historic center, it is a while to walk or you need public transportation or a car. Breakfast was good average for this class of hotel. people very friendly.

Unfortunately, which is stated above has an averse effect: the accommodation is not a fair value for the price; all is rather minimalist.

This hotel is all about location, if you attend a fair. A bonus: they have a good parking. Which you probably need in this area.

Bathroom could be improved so water doesn’t leak from the shower.

I mainly booked the hotel because it was close to the venue that we needed to attend for the weekend. But it actually turned out to be a really cosy place. The hotel is small, but very comfortable. The beds were great, only concern I had was that the showers were leaking water due to the poor doors. So the bathroom floor was basically flooded after a shower. Apart from that, the room had everything I needed for the price. I also enjoyed the location even though it was out of the city. It was easy to get to using Number 6 Metro Line and the hotel is literally the last station on that line, can’t miss it. Takes like 23 minutes into the city, to it’s a good option for those who want to save by not staying in the city itself. In saying that, there were some hotels cheaper in the city, but judging by their online pictures, this place was a far better option for a little more in cost. I would recommend to people who like the quiet, don’t mind a little train travel and who want to save a little on accomodation costs by staying a little further out. I loved my stay personally, and would definitely rebook again.

Curtain could have been a little thicker to block out sunlight a bit more. Cleaning staff did not respect the "do not disturb" sign. Otherwise all good.

Clean room with a comfy bed and not much else (as expected). WiFi was fast, shower was nice (plenty of hot water was available quickly), parking was available at hotel's own parking space. Location was perfect for visiting Atomium area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was above expectation.

The receptionist at the arrival was of a difficult type. I wanted to cancel one breakfast for a guest who did not come. Impossible, he said when you play, you might lose. It is a breakfast, cancelled the day before, not a casino. He also refused to match my reservation to the one for the next day which i had booked separately. Said i had to check out the next morning and come back. Last but not least, he asked to make a picture with his phone of my credit card. His reason was that a code in the corner of the ticket was not as usual. At this point, i refused. The three tourists just before me were obviously very irritated after their check in, so i supposed it went on a similar way.

Most of the staff was friendly. It was possible to park for free, which saves you extra money.
