No Toilet paper..we used the Tissue Box ..had less than a half roll up on arrival and no extra roll in bathroom Room was very small and pillows were small Bedding quilts moved around when you slept They took a deposit of 100 and upon check out I was going to pay balance with a different card and was told I had a Zero Balance so they took it all on the same card ..also they don't take cash A tour bus load came in late and the hallways were noisy so we could hear doors slamming shut all night and yelling in the hallways We didnt sleep that night if the funeral so we got up early and checked out I didn't see food set out for early risers as it was suppose to be breakfast also ... Usually there is a table with 2 chairs to sit and eat or whatever and missed that too

Convince to location to family We came in for a family funeral and was able to check in a little early to allow us to unpack and make room to go to airport to pick up another family member

I didn't like the way the young man at the desk made me feel like I was being dishonest about my dog staying here, almost as if i was hiding him or something. When I checked in, it was very late, and I had been loading a uhaul all day, non-stop. My dog was asleep in the car, and I didn't even think about mentioning it bc I was exhausted, and he didn't ask about pets. Of note, I had originally found this location through a dog friendly hotel suggestion online, so I didn't even stress about it. The next day, I was locked out of my room when I returned and had to pay a $125 fine, which is fine- I paid it, but he called the manager twice while I stood there, no regard for the questions I asked and flat REFUSED to acknowledge my presence RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. He referred to me (I was alone) as "the people" first of all, which was rude in itself, then refused to disclose the manager's name when I asked, twice, and, honestly, all I wanted to do was contact her directly to Apologize for the misunderstanding. No people skills whatsoever. None.

Pool could have been skimmed, it was buggy, but clean otherwise. Rooms need more pillows (only 4 small ones on a king bed). Hallway carpet was very rippled and needed o be redone. Someone may trip!

The rooms were a very nice surprise. Pool was nice and open late. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

One bed had black stain.they do not clean the room or remove the trash from your room except on request. Found a large roach in the sink. The hallway was very hot with no AC and smells.the man at the checkin was not so nice and disrespectful. The lady at checkout was much nicer and shout replace the tall man

Breakfast had no type of meat.scrambled eggs very dry .Add fried or boiled eggs sometimes. Other Hampton lnn have better selection

The hotel is in odd location but not necessarily a bad area. It is very dated and in need of major renovations. The pool area was nice. It appeared they were short staffed and room service was non existent. We did not have enough towels and had to go to lobby to retrieve them ourselves. On the surface, it appeared clean.

Breakfast just ok, not much to offer and out of some things.

The only thing is the smell of weed was very strong for a few days/ people don’t understand that non smoking applies to all!!! I don’t appreciate this perspective of people ignoring the rules. we are not smokers.

First night got 2 big cockroaches, I asked two Days in a row for room service not much just new towels and toilet paper and the trash out .. I end up doing it my self.

The beds were hard and were overall uncomfortable. The front desk agent on duty clearly did not like his job and was not shy about how much he did not want to be there. He was rude and dismissive to guests checking in and should strongly reconsider working in the hospitality field. Our overall experience was pretty terrible.
