I was told that reception works 24/7, but when I wanted to checkout at 6 AM noone was there. As I needed to go for a plane, the only option I had was to leave my keys at reception table and go.

The shower glass is very small. Not to say that it lets water flow into the bathroom floor, soaking everything. For large people it can be a challenge to take a shower.

The hotel is fairly near a metro station. The staff was very nice and addressed all information before we even asked. The room is small but fairly comfortable.

My room was very small. The toilet was also very small but it wasn't an issue. The only issue was how small the shower is and that no matter how you closed the shower door, it always let water out spilling it all over the toiled floor, so i had to wipe the water and drain it in the shower about 4 times until the floor was a little dry.

Nearby Metro stations. Neat rooms and helpful staffs. Very close to Atomium, can see the night view of Atomium from the streets outside.

When we came to check in the gentleman in the reception seemed to be in hurry. It was Belgium's match vs Croatia. We told him that we parked our car (NL license plate) in front of the hotel. He theb quickly answered our question that the parking meters just around the corner., The next morning we were shocked to find out that our car was gone. Another gentleman behind the reception desk acted like he didn't know/hear anything nor seeing a car (the only one) with NL plate since he came the night before. He didn't offer to call the police, I think he assumed we are smart enough to solve the problem. The next 4,5hours we traveled back & forth by tram+metro+bus from one police station to another and a €324 fine!! Our car was dragged away because it blocked the garage exit of...yes...our own hotel!! The garage staff had told us openly.that this happened quite lot. I found it really mean from the hotel staff, not warning us about this. That day we supposed to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but we ended up like that. After listening to our dissatisfaction, the lady in the reception said they're busy and 'had difficulty ' to check the owner of the car. She then allowed us to park our car free of charge in their garage. It included in their facility. If only during check in they offered us that...but again our male reception had limit time for us Finally after check out (with the same gentleman that checked us in) we wanted to ride out and it seemed like fate wanted to laugh us out; a car blocked the exit! My husband went back to the reception, pressed the bell for 2-3 times..that man behind the reception desk was just nowhere to be found. As expected from EXPO HOTEL. their guests have to solve their own oroblem. This is the worst experience we've had since we start to book our hotel in booking.com

Extremly small rooms. After ordering two single beds room We had to separate 2 small beds by ourselves - unpleasant and unhelpfull lady at the reception. For her single beds means separate mattresses on double bed. Will not come back for sure.

i like the property , but there were no complimentary water bottle in the room , once you checkin , I think that’s a necessity of a traveller who is coming from other part of the city , a water should be given and when i went to the reception area they ask me to pay money for it.

Bed was a bit or easily dented, and door aren't anything but noise proof. So it was noisy during night from other people staying and talking on corridor. Toilet is popped out so there is smaller space in front for legs. Overall is okay is okay if you plan to stay around. Checkout at 12 is quite nice.

Easy to find, walking distance to Atomium and Palais 12 where we attend party. Nice bakery close to Metro station and big supermarket across it.

The location of the hotel is opposite to the King Baudouin Stadium and therefore ideally suited for football supporters. It is near to the Roi Baudoin metro station.

Apartment in general is far not in the best condition. If there was a small fridge that would be awesome.
