We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI wanted the windows closed but everyday when room cleaned they were left open. Staff not on site half the time. I mentioned that two lights were out in the bathroom making it difficult to see over sink and nothing was done to fix the situation.

United KingdomIt was hard to find the entrance, a problem I have never encountered anywhere before. Once found, it was locked (at 3pm on a Sunday). The hotel is very worn out in just about every aspect though the shower worked well. The price was high, for what one gets.

BelgiumThe walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the neighbors do. The rooms are smaller than advertised. The television is very old and does not support casting, except on YouTube. So you can't watch Netflix or any movies. Only live TV.

Italybathroom had no door. so no privacy if you need to go to the toilet. bath tub was very nice but the sink was not working meaning that the water did not float away as the knob needed to be held manually to get the water removed. and as this is a very large bath this took a lot of time. after mentioning to the reception they say after the problem was still existing

United KingdomWe stayed Thursday to Sunday night inclusive and on the Friday and Saturday nights were weddings/events and there was a lot of noise (music, people banging doors and talking loudly in the corridors) up until 3am on both nights. Doors could do with soft closures that prevent people banging them.

NetherlandsPerhaps because of arriving on market dat, it was difficult to get to the hotel as even ‘HERE WE GO’ let us drive in circles. During breakfast water from the sealing was dripping on our table and on the plate of my friend. We moved the table and had our breakfast.

NetherlandsThe decor of the rooms was not that great. The bathroom is a bit outdated, although it's clean. The hallway was a bit smelly, but maybe that was just that day for some reason.
First of all, the location is super! Can't be better. It is in the middle of the town and still a quiet place. Staff is friendly and the size of the rooms are quiet big. You can park your car nearby on a public parking space, which is not to expensive.

GermanyIt is an construction site. Instead of the Main door I was directed to a small side entrance which was unlocked and open to the public all night. At 8 PM no receptionist was there, but my key ready prepared in about envelope. Stairs and corridor are part of a very old house, nice if you like that. Odor of mould in the room even so someone had opened the window before I arrived. Bathroom with stains and in need of remodeling ling. Bed OK. The Safe is in the description but was missing. In the morning the surprise when shower water did not become warm. After three minutes of waiting I took a cold shower. The receptionist later told me I should have waited longer. Breakfast out of the house and in again around the corner. Door was closed, opened after 10 minutes of waiting. Breakfast was OK. Especially annoying was the fact that I have received 13 Emails around this one booking for one room for one night. This is Spam and misuse.
