There was no water in the tub/shower. Asked night staff to have the manager call us in the morning. Never contacted us!

The ceiling light bulb in the vanity area kept going out. They came to replace it twice and then said it was a wiring issue and that it would just not work. That was that. It was challenging to finish getting ready in dim lighting but made it work.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and a good location. Would stay there again.

My only disappointment was no hot water. Had to take bath with cold water.

The location was great. Was impressed with how neat and clean it was. The restaurant was great...the food was definitely worth it and staff very attentive.

Can't beat the location. So many great places within walking distance. The hot hot tub! Check-in and chose my room through the app. Can't wait to be back again.

Unfortunately, they weren’t able to offer early check in or late check out, which I understand as it is a great property so they are probably busy! The barista at Starbucks gave a great recommendation for a local beach to check out though since late checkout wasn’t available. 🙂 I’m not sure the A/C works very well as my room was hot and I was constantly fiddling with it and low water pressure in the shower. All small things that shouldn’t deter you from staying here.

The room was huge! Perfect location for my trip and very accommodating staff, if needed, but their digital keys work flawlessly, so you might never need them. Staff at the bell desk were super helpful and the shuttle to SNA very convenient. Will definitely plan to stay here for future trips to Orange County!

I would have liked the option to reserve check in at the time I arrived, although the staff was still very accommodating. Other than that, the price was the only down side. Pricey but worth it. I felt like Paris Hilton, and I would love to stay again and maybe do a collab on socials or something for a discount.

Beautiful, clean, easy to access and find property. Very clean and modern room. Good service.

I thought parking was too expensive, but this is the case with lots of hotels in California these days.

Really nice hotel overall, in fact it's much nicer than the photos in my opinion. There are lots of amenities and it seemed to be a big hotel for both business travellers and for special family occasions. If staying in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area again, I'm going to come here for sure.

The hotel feels damp. I can't explain it but if they did a mold inspection, I can almost guarantee it would come back positive. The room and bathroom were rundown and old.

The hotel itself is nice, you can tell its main source of income is likely conventions. It was a good location, close to the mall and OC Fair (which is why we were there)

The price of parking. The power outage. The sheets in the hallway. No free breakfast I couldn’t stand to be on the lobby, the music and musical pitches were horrible.

Rooms were overpriced especially being the room decor was outdated. The daily parking price was also steep for the location. The late night check in was odd as the night person was not welcoming.

Parking policy sucks Paying extra for parking fees, parking lot is part of the structure and with the high prices, the hotel charges extra. Money must be need it

Parking fee is ridiculously expensive. Way to many compact car spaces, and leaves no room to safely open doors. As much as I did live this hotel for the parking fees alone, I would not stay again.

Property was clean, restaurant/bar area was fantastic with great hours.
